Rated 1 out of 5 by Extremely dissappointed with the hotel and services The acoustics in the hotel were horrible. I couldn't sleep well for one night The service was bad. I was given a room around which renovation was happening. I should've been informed about the same before i was checking in. when the noises disturbed me i complained and I was suggested to change my room. Please note that the hotel did not stop the noise instead asked me to change my room. It is a horrible suggestion if you make the guest change rooms after they have settled in. Hope you understand the trouble I would've gone through with all the packing and unpacking. And mind it there was no guarantee that the disturbances would've stopped even if i had changed my room. Rated 3 out of 5 by Missing essential elements during renovations This hotel was undergoing renovation. The fact that there are no coffee pots in the rooms and that the coffee is $5 a cup in the 4 table restaurant with such limited service made for a difficult start to the day. Even with the thermostat set at 74 degrees the room temperature remained a cool 65 degrees. These two features made my stay less than satisfactory. Having to walk through the rain to get to the exercise facility without an umbrella is also less than pleasant. November 15, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Should be fine once renovations are complete but not now. Had I had any idea the extent of disruption and lack of basic service I would receive ,I would not have booked this hotel. Workers were drilling and hammering behind guest room walls until 6 PM in the evening. Fire alarms were being tested early in the morning and what meager food and beverage service available outside of room service was closed for private events after the first night of my stay. My room was attractive and clean but the lighting is horrible. I appreciated the mounted makeup mirror but the lack of lighting and the fact that it did not extend out rendered it useless. There was only one small towel rack mounted in an awkward position with room for only one towel. All in all not a great way to spend 5 days. November 10, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by I'm confused I'm really confused while Im writing this review. I had 2 rooms, the concierge was amazing and he was super professional but other than that was zero. I forgot his name I would like to thank him personally. I was waiting for check on approximately 45 min. they charged one of my CC 3 times which make the bank block my card and charge me over draft, when I called they did not even say sorry. The hotel was in a transitional stage so you will feel there is no management at all. We had a breakfast but there was a construction going on around and the dust all over the place. our table was moving while they are drilling it was really annoying, we could not finish our breakfast. I had 2 rooms and stayed there for 4 nights, they added the points and the nights of one room and missed the 2nd since that day I called the hotel like 6 times and spoke to the manager twice and he confirmed that the nights and points are in my accounts but it is not. I called the SPG support and they are following up. finally they promised me earlier this morning that will take one week to resolve the issue and to post the points and nights. any way the hotel needs management. I'm really disappointed from the management, however I understand this is a transitional period and will end soon. Thank You November 15, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel was dirty and run down Our room was dirty, dingy and rusty. There were stains on the shower curtain and the carpet. The toilet made an awful high pitched screeching noise for 30 seconds every time it was flushed. Our TV remote didn't work and we had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed. The bed sheets were too small and didn't sufficiently cover the mattress so we awoke in the middle of the night lying directly on the mattress. I paid for internet on my laptop and when I called to connect with my iPad I was told I would need to pay again. Overall if was a terrible experience and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have asked multiple times for compensation with no response. October 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed in the switched brand This hotel is a step down. Unfair to have a hotel in transition without more notice to switch. Beer cups in the hall in the morning is the best way to describe this hotel. October 31, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Under Construction Unfortunately, the entire place was in various stages of remodeling so there was limited space, restaurant, etc. My room appeared to have been recently remodeled but had the distinct odor of stale smoke. Maybe it was the new carpets but I don't think that was the case. The beds, however, were extremely comfy! Was there for 3 nights and had to call front desk to have toilet paper delivered as it was never replaced when cleaning the room. November 10, 2014
