INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 20ml gin
  • 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 20ml elderflower liqueur
  • 20ml green chartreuse
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Prosecco for topping up
STEPS:
  1. Muddle cucumber in Boston shaker
  2. Add gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, elderflower liqueur, green chartreuse, and mint
  3. Add ice cubes
  4. Shake hard
  5. Double strain into coupe glass
  6. Top up with Prosecco
  7. Garnish with fresh cucumber

STEPS:
  1. Add fresh apple slices and muddle in shaker
  2. Add whisky, bitter herbal liqueur, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup
  3. Add ice cubes
  4. Shake well
  5. Double strain into glass over ice cubes
  6. Top up with apple cider
  7. Garnish with apple slices covered in honey

  • Champagne for topping up

STEPS:
  1. Infuse rum with orange zest and cinnamon stick
  2. Muddle fresh raspberries in shaker
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, infused rum, kumquat liqueur, and vanilla syrup
  4. Double strain into pre-chilled champagne flute
  5. Top up with champagne
  6. Garnish with second cinnamon stick and lemon twist

  2. Add infused vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and cinnamon syrup and shake hard
  3. Strain into cocktail glass
  4. Pour double cream over mixing spoon

  1. Add lime juice to Boston shaker and dissolve custard sugar
  2. Add rum, 2 basil leaves, bitters, and egg white
  3. Dry shake
  4. Add ice cubes
  5. Shake hard

STEPS:
  1. Pre-chill mixing glass
  2. Add whisky, port and bitters
  3. Stir well
  4. Pour into copper cup over ice cubes
  5. Top up with ginger beer
  6. Garnish with orange twist

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20ml bacon-infused mescal (4 strips of crispy bacon per bottle of mescal)
  • 1 brown sugar cube
  • 3 dashes of bitters
  • Splash of soda
  • 30 ml whisky
  • 1 orange peel, cut into twist
STEPS:
  1. Infuse mescal with bacon for several days, then strain
  2. Add brown sugar cube to pre-chilled mixing glass
  3. Soak in bitters
  4. Add a splash of soda and muddle until dissolved
  5. Add whisky and bacon-infused mezcal
  6. Add ice cubes
  7. Stir well
  8. Pour into decanter and smoke using a smoking gun
  9. Pour into whisky glass
  10. Place orange twist between your fingers and spray orange oils over the drink
  11. Serve alongside chocolate praline

  2. Add grapefruit juice, orgeat syrup, bitters, and gin
  3. Double strain into highball glass over ice cubes
  4. Top up with tonic water
  5. Garnish with slice of grapefruit
