Hunar Gallery, opened its doors to the public in 1998. The Gallery has a track record of showcasing paintings, sculptures, metal works and ceramics of eminent artists from around the globe. The Gallery is located in Rashidiya close to the Dubai Airport Expo, nestled in a modern 2- storied Villa. The works of art are displayed in 5 areas over two floors and are divided into different themes such as Portraits, Landscapes and Calligraphy and Abstract Art.
The name Hunar means 'Art". Owned by a UAE National business woman Mrs. Alanood Al Warshow, Hunar greatly encourages local and upcoming talents.
The Gallery undertakes art consultancy, private view and exhibitions for corporate oragnisations and educational institutions, displays artifacts at Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises and manages events for art students, business groups and charities.
