Our sophisticated restaurant The Reflexions sets a dramatic stage for the most innovative French cuisine in town. Monthly wine tasting events give guests the opportunity to sample some of the vintages and mingle with local residents.
From the state-of-the-art open kitchen, Chef Bucher and his talented team create a menu of inventive dishes that focus on the best seasonal ingredients, beautifully executed and plated with style and creativity. Signature selections not to be missed include the roasted pigeon with artichoke gremolata pumpkin puree and fresh figs or the crispy veal sweetbreads with crayfish, bacon, and mushrooms.
The impressive bi-level space features a sophisticated cocktail lounge that looks down over the sweeping dining room. Black glass tables are surrounded by sleek white and brown armchairs, majestic white pillars rise up to the dark wood ceiling, and a gleaming parquet floor creates a bold brown and white pattern. A long blue-lit glass bar features an extensive selection of the finest spirits. Film projectors play a revolving stream of black and white images on the long white stretch of wall above the bar—creating a dynamic showcase of contemporary photography.
