Serving exquisite innovative cuisine 24 hours a day, L’Intempo welcomes its guests to four distinct areas—La Brasserie, Le Salon, Le Lounge and La Terrace. The subtle use of light and space divides these four sections from each other beautifully.

La Brasserie serves as the main part of the restaurant. Dark wood floors covered by deep red throw rugs complement the dark tables and woven chairs. Bright bursts of ochre and red table linens add a joyful warmth to the setting. The intimacy of Le Salon’s fabric draped walls and circular layout makes it the ideal setting for elegant private dinners and celebrations. Clusters of lights create modern-style chandeliers that hang over dark wood tables, surrounded by slipcovered chairs. For a slightly more casual feel, Le Lounge seduces with its curved banquette of red velvet, frosted glass tables and fabric walls in a patchwork of crimson. Step out onto La Terrace—a sweep of large granite tiles furnished with light wood tables and sleek metal chairs—for gorgeous views of the outdoor pool, private beach and Mediterranean Sea.

And finally, at the heart of it all stands L’Intempo’s live cooking station—an open circular kitchen that stages cooking demonstrations hosted with flair by the restaurant’s team of accomplished chefs.

Wherever you choose to spend your time, the quality of the Mediterranean cuisine served is consistently exceptional. Of particular note among locals and visitors alike, the risotto flavoured with black truffle and chicken oysters, topped with Colonnata lard shavings, as well as the grilled lobster on the shell, drizzled with garlic butter and served with a baby potato emulsion with olive oil and herbs are simply sensational.
