Le Bistrot invites you on a culinary journey with its extensive daily buffets and à la carte menu. Each buffet delights with its varied selection of international favourites, a sushi and sashimi bar, an Indian station, a Chinese station, and a tempting dessert table. Under the direction of Head Chef Joe Diaz, every dish is prepared with only the finest ingredients and presented as a work of art.
The spacious indoor dining room features rose wood tables and chairs—each situated to enjoy the view of the bustling open kitchen. The adjoining outdoor terrace is open year round. In the warmer months, Chef Joe Diaz works his magic at the BBQ grill—the only one of its kind in Shanghai. The terrace is divided into seven decorative marble platforms—each featuring a small tree. Beautifully landscaped, the terrace border is marked by a zigzag pattern of grass. Diners relax on rattan chairs grouped in fours around square tables, while enjoying the garden atmosphere and sweeping city views. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
To underscore the lively ambiance of the restaurant, jazz performances are held from Wednesday through Sunday, 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
An extensive children’s menu—including appetisers, entrées, and homemade desserts—is available upon request.
