The contemporary restaurant seats diners in glass-lined luxury peering out over the hotel lobby and Chiang Mai’s bustling night bazaar. Tables encircle a wine cellar storing over 1,000 bottles to match any dishes on the menu, with superb Italian signatures cocktails + coffee.
Recommended entrées include the Roasted Rack of Lamb with Barolo Glaze, served with a potato and a Fontina cheese tart; the Risotto al Prosciutto di Parma, with Parma ham and caramelized black figs in a light thyme and cantaloupe foam; and Pizza alla Romana, with marinated grilled artichokes, sun dried black olives, spring onions, roasted red capsicum, and fresh oregano.
