Featuring a fresh menu of eclectic, globally inspired cuisine, the new Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter Hotel restaurant, Portico, is the home for international palates seeking the very best from all over. Executive Chef, Brian Lee, introduces a contemporary twist on worldwide favorites, like his Lemongrass infused Lobster Bisque, an Asian influenced variation on the classic method or his Steamed Mussels, a traditional European dish with Middle Eastern and Spanish accents. In Chef Lee’s extensive work across Asia and at some of the most luxurious hotels across the United States, most recently, the famed St. Regis San Francisco, he has fine-tuned and tailored his style, perfecting the fundamentals but also teetering on the edges of the unimaginable under the tutelage of world renowned Maitres Cuisiniers de France. He has mastered the art of reinventing traditional dishes by reinvigorating them with European and Asian flavors, encouraging the global concept of the Portico restaurant.

Relying on the freshest seasonal ingredients, Portico’s kitchen is committed to utilizing the highest quality products sourced from farms and artisanal producers both locally and abroad.
