Le Colonial Café sets an unforgettable stage for cuisine. The restaurant has been configured so that every guest enjoys the panoramic views of the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. Interior designer Francois Champsaur has chosen a carefully-orchestrated theme of browns, blacks and whites to create intimacy and drama alike. The black wooden tables are surrounded by armchairs of mocha leather. White leather banquettes flank the perimeter of the restaurant, while white and mocha leather stools grace the bar and table d’hote—where guests may sample special chef creations.
Delicious meats originating from France, Iberia, and Ireland have been selected by the executive chef to awaken senses. Exclusive menus are carefully crafted for special occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Sunday and Christmas Eve.
The master mixologists at the bar are delighted to create signature cocktails such as the Tokyo—a bracing blend of rum, Soho, lime, cranberry juice and ginger syrup. A fine selection of international wines are also available in perfect complement to the menu.

La Terrasse serves a refined Mediterranean menu. Located on the rooftop of the resort next to the chic swimming pool area, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating—capitalising on the gorgeous light, warm sun, and fresh sea breeze.
The interior dining room is furnished in light wood patio furniture, crisp white table linens, and fresh greenery. A wall of moveable windows faces the ocean, allowing guests to enjoy the views in even inclement weather. The outside portion of the restaurant is furnished in dark wrought-iron tables and chairs, protected from the sun with large square sun umbrellas, kept in crisp white to match the table linens and seat cushions.
The newly opened corner lounge creates a stylish outdoor cocktail area, complete with low-slung modern furniture and wrought-iron tables. The colour theme—dark rattan and white cushions—complements the restaurant. Signature drinks include a selection of inventive mojitos. Happy hour is organised by the resort every evening from 7pm to 10:30pm.
Special summer events on July 14 and August 15 of every year are celebrated with a delightful summer-inspired menu and a dazzling display of fireworks.
