Serving exquisite innovative cuisine 24 hours a day, L’Intempo welcomes its guests to four distinct areas—La Brasserie, Le Salon, Le Lounge and La Terrace. The subtle use of light and space divides these four sections from each other beautifully.
La Brasserie serves as the main part of the restaurant. Dark wood floors covered by deep red throw rugs complement the dark tables and woven chairs. Bright bursts of ochre and red table linens add a joyful warmth to the setting. The intimacy of Le Salon’s fabric draped walls and circular layout makes it the ideal setting for elegant private dinners and celebrations. Clusters of lights create modern-style chandeliers that hang over dark wood tables, surrounded by slipcovered chairs. For a slightly more casual feel, Le Lounge seduces with its curved banquette of red velvet, frosted glass tables and fabric walls in a patchwork of crimson. Step out onto La Terrace—a sweep of large granite tiles furnished with light wood tables and sleek metal chairs—for gorgeous views of the outdoor pool, private beach and Mediterranean Sea.
And finally, at the heart of it all stands L’Intempo’s live cooking station—an open circular kitchen that stages cooking demonstrations hosted with flair by the restaurant’s team of accomplished chefs.
Wherever you choose to spend your time, the quality of the Mediterranean cuisine served is consistently exceptional. Of particular note among locals and visitors alike, the risotto flavoured with black truffle and chicken oysters, topped with Colonnata lard shavings, as well as the grilled lobster on the shell, drizzled with garlic butter and served with a baby potato emulsion with olive oil and herbs are simply sensational.
Whether hosting a business luncheon, enjoying a fabulous Sunday brunch en famille or sharing an intimate dinner—L’Intempo serves the perfect meal in the perfect petting every time.

Built in the style of a traditional Balinese bar, the Alang Bar features an original Alang roof of natural sea grass that overhangs a long natural wooden bar with high bar stools. Sit in the cool shade of the thatched roof with a tropical fruit cocktail in hand, relish the cool breeze off the water and bask in the mesmerising views of the Mediterranean on Monte Carlo’s only private beach. Or saunter across the teak deck to one of the deep white couches clustered under a wide patio roof, order a glass of champagne and relish the sophisticated luxury of the setting.

Organic wood, pristine white linens, colourful purple and red glass, sleek metalwork—these are just some of the inventive elements that infuse the restaurant with an atmosphere so particular to the Cote D'Azur.
Open solely throughout the summer, Muse makes the most of the long warm days and balmy nights with its seamless interplay between outdoor and indoor spaces.
With its contemporary interior and terrace overlooking the sea, Longitude 7° 26’ welcomes guests into a sophisticated universe enhanced by the special light of the Côte d’Azur. Its menu of unexpected suggestions reflects a subtle combination of expertise and creativity.
The collection of éclairs by Head Pastry Chef Julien Beaulieu can be enjoyed on the premises or as a takeaway. Beaulieu revisits this great French classic with fresh local flavours: bilberry-violet, Menton lemon, calisson (a Provençal sweet made of ground almonds), strawberry-basil, Piedmont hazelnut, Montélimar nougat, rose-raspberry, and Tropézienne (traditionally a cream-filled brioche). The Princess of Monaco éclair, a subtle combination of chocolate and raspberry, was created to mark the partnership between the hotel and the Fight AIDS association chaired by Princess Stéphanie.
The drink menu is enhanced with coffee-based specialities created by Master Barista Serge Depoisier, a true coffee sommelier. His suggestions awaken the senses through innovative combinations, such as rose-scented coffee and mojito coffee. Lamponilly—his coffee, vodka, and raspberry creation—was awarded at the 2012 Taste of Discovery Challenge organised by illy and Le Méridien.
Cocktail hour is traditionally a time when Europeans enjoy drinks together. Our sparkling cocktail menu offers a sophisticated, bubbly touch to this cultural phenomenon. Head Barman Yohann Loustaud was inspired by local references and ingredients and added an effervescent twist. Using the colours of the Monegasque flag, the Monaco Crush is a delicious combination of passion fruit and beer. The Fantas’tea transforms aniseed and fig into a surprising lemon-flavoured tea. Let’s Get Physical combines peach, lavender, and tarragon into a tasty trilogy mixed with Cointreau and soda.
