Our cosmopolitan CentOnze restaurant delights with its creative interpretations of local ingredients and classic flavours. The setting is dominated by an urban point of view—as evidenced by the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows overlooking Las Ramblas. From this privileged vantage point, guests may absorb the vibrant worldly energy that characterises Barcelona.
The casual, chic décor embraces clean lines, dark wood, rich leather, and bright red seating. The long wooden communal table is the perfect gathering place for a larger dinner party (up to 12 guests). The walls serve as a revolving exhibit by local photographers and artists—underscoring the city’s long-standing creative history. The show kitchen with large buffet counters allows guests to watch the culinary team at work, making meals as beautiful as they are delicious
Under the auspices of Head Chef Eugeni Cortés, CentOnze embraces a sustainable philosophy that focuses on seasonal ingredients and local purveyors. The majority of the ingredients are sourced from Barcelona’s legendary food market La Boqueria. Chef Cortés' elaborate, often unexpected, use of classic ingredients, offers guests a refined, contemporary version of Barcelona cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The extravagant Le Méridien Signature Breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets, fresh-basked pastries, fruits, and more. The tempting lunch and dinner tapas and platillos includes mussels in citrus and apple vinaigrette, beef entrecôte with fresh chimichurri sauce, and grilled octopus with caramelised pineapple.
Our youngest guests enjoy their own breakfast buffet station with lower counters, making it easy to reach healthy options such as yoghurts, fresh fruit, and cereals. An à la carte menu is available with favourites such as hamburgers, pasta, and sweet treats like chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream.
Given the popularity of the restaurant, reservations for lunch and dinner are recommended.
Welcoming and relaxed, Longitude Bar 02º 10' takes coffee culture seriously with its excellent selection of Illy coffees and decadent freshly baked pastries. Open first thing in the morning, it offers guests a delicious start to the day or a welcome break in the afternoon. Saunter up to the sleek white coffee bar to make your selection, before settling into one of the Hub's leather armchairs or sofas by the floor-to-ceiling windows and taking in the daily spectacle of Las Ramblas.
Located in the cosmopolitan heart of Barcelona, Le Pop Cocktail Bar sets a stimulating social stage for drinks before dinner or retiring for the evening. The stylish setting features large windows overlooking Las Ramblas, leather club chairs in intimate groupings, and a wide wooden bar perfect for relaxed gatherings. Large graffiti images by renowned street artist Bàlu give the iconic photography of Grey Malins an urban spin.
Au courant with its retro ambiance, Le Pop Cocktail Bar draws on the 50s, 60s, and 70s with a curated soundtrack by Nouvelle Vague that infuses New Wave with French Chanson Pop, Bossanova, and midcentury folk and jazz. A DJ performs live every Friday from 9pm to 1am.
Every weeknight highlights a different style of drink—from Aperol Thursdays to Champagne Sundays. Signature favourites such as the Triple Orange made with Gin Mare and the Strawberry Quasimojito or Seasonal Capucana made with fresh fruits are not to be missed. In addition, our mixologists offer guests the opportunity to try their hand at the art of cocktail making in our popular group master classes.
