Located on the first floor next to the hotel lobby, Latest Recipe features an open kitchen with live action stations where the chefs prepare freshly-made world cuisine and local specialties to offer you a chic international experience, all set in a contemporary and stylish atmosphere.
A colourful pastry buffet is located at the west side of the restaurant, along with an ice cream "teppanyaki", to tempt the taste buds for a perfect ending. Guests can also pass by the deli shop to check out homemade breads and delicacies or to take away favourite sweets.
Latest Recipe includes one VIP room that can be reserved for up to 10 persons.
Akebono, located on the hotel's second floor, is an imaginative destination for both modern and traditional Japanese cuisine. An internationally respected and cherished culinary tradition, Japanese food is celebrated in a sushi and sashimi bar and robatayaki grill located in the centre of the restaurant, where guests can choose from a variety of freshly-made sushi, sashimi and grilled yakitori prepared by our chefs. Guests may also choose to enjoy a private celebration of luncheon meeting in one of four private rooms teppanyaki rooms, with six seats each (reservations recommended).
