Latest Recipe welcomes the whole family to its lively setting. Kept light and airy with a wall of windows overlooking the terrace and pool, the restaurant strikes a stylish yet comfortable note. High ceilings with dramatic modern lights underscore the spaciousness, while dark wood panels frame the windows—giving the peripheral tables a more intimate feel. Gleaming marble floors and notable works of local art add a sophisticated touch.
The central showcase kitchen allows guests to enjoy the energetic spectacle of our talented team of chefs at work. Wide marble counters surround the kitchen—offering ample room for the stunning display of daily breakfast and dinner buffets.
Latest Recipe serves an inventive menu that travels the world for inspiration. The signature breakfast buffet by Jean Georges Vongerichten is augmented by specialities such as spiced oatmeal soufflé and delicately steamed eggs. Classic dinner options such as pastas, grilled meats, and fresh fish are prepared with modern flair at the live cooking stations surrounding the kitchen. The puff pastry soups—pumpkin, mushroom, or mixed vegetables—are local favourites. Fresh fruits, homemade ice cream, and freshly baked pastries and cakes satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. A menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches is served à la carte throughout the day. Reservations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are recommended.
Latest Recipe also offers a VIP dining room room that accommodates up to 14 guests for a special private meal. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Blending the old and the new, the vivid and the understated, the traditional and the contemporary, Le Mei Chinese Restaurant invites guests on a culinary and cultural journey. The striking décor of the intimate venue emphasises familiar Chinese motifs in unexpected and inventive ways. Upon entering, guests will immediately notice the display wall of Zisha teapots—a tribute to the region’s teapot heritage. Wallpaper with large scale images of bamboo creates a striking counterpoint to the simple mahogany and leather chairs. Overhead, chandeliers in the shape of Chinese lanterns cast a whimsical glow across the room.
Under the auspices of Chef Zhang, the menu served at both lunch and dinner features the region’s Huaiyang cuisine with its emphasis on fresh seasonal produce and local ingredients such as bamboo shoots and the beloved Umea rice. As a complement to local dishes like braised pork belly with soya sauce or deep-fried prawns with sour sauce, the chef has also included an edited selection of speciality dishes from around China such as the popular Peking Duck. At the start of both lunch and dinner, guests are greeted with a fragrant serving of local tea and selections of amuse bouche to introduce the regional flavours.
Located on the sixth floor, the restaurant seats up to 40 guests for lunch or dinner, and also offers two semi-private rooms with adjoining terraces for groups of six people each. Given the intimate space, we strongly recommend that guests make lunch or dinner reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
