Complimentary breakfast, all day refreshments and alcoholic and non-alcoholic evening drinks with canapés are served daily at Le Royal Club Lounge, which also offers the convenience of 2 computer work stations and a private meeting room for business travellers.
The hotel Business Centre located on Level 3 is adjacent to the Grand Ballroom and various function rooms. A host of services and facilities are offered at the Business Centre including secretarial, computer work stations, high speed internet access and private boardroom, and provides the utmost in service and convenience to resident guests, meeting participants and conference delegates.
Well-trained and knowledgeable staff at the Concierge Desk offer invaluable services on general information on Kota Kinabalu, local places of attraction and the destination. In addition, our Concierge staff are also able to provide recommendations and assistance on transportation, car rental, various tours and travel arrangements.
