Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Hotel Policies

Alcohol Policy

The hotel does not allow alcohol in public areas, other than those designated by local law to serve alcoholic beverages. Guests under the age of 21 years will not be served. Alcohol purchased outside of the hotel may only be consumed in the privacy of a guest’s room. “Dry Days”—as determined by local law—are observed by the hotel.

For meetings and events, a separate alcohol license must be arranged. Please contact the hotel for further details and assistance.

Cheque Policy

The hotel will not accept personal cheques unless approval by hotel management has been obtained four days prior to arrival. Demand Drafts and Banker's Cheques are the only acceptable forms of payment.

The hotel regrets that it does not offer cheque cashing services.

Currency Policy

Please note that all prices quoted in Rupees (INR) do not include taxes or gratuities, and may be subject to change. Our currency exchange services are only extended to in-house guests who have provided a valid passport or visa. For exchange of more than a USD 500 equivalent, a photocopy of the guest's tourist visa and passport will be required.

Extra Bedding Policy

Every room at Le Méridien Pune can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, up to 12 years of age. Rooms are furnished with either one king or two twin beds. One complimentary rollaway will be provided upon request for children. A maximum of one adult rollaway is also available per room for an additional fee of INR 1000 plus tax.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, the hotel requires valid photo identification at check-in. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, passport, PAN card and/or proof of age verification card.

Pet Policy

The hotel regrets that pets are not permitted on the premises.

Payment Policy

A valid PAN Card must be presented along with any cash payments above 25000 INR.

Visa/Passport Policy

The hotel requires visa and passport information for all foreign visitors and non-residents holding foreign passports.
