Airport-Hotel Transfer - Flight Details Required
Flight details are mandatory to available airport-hotel transfers. On arrival at the Dubai International Airport - Terminal 1, guests must proceed to the Le Méridien counter situated inside the arrivals terminal. This service is at a charge. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
As per a new international law, we can no longer provide blankets, bumpers or pillows along with the cribs. If guests wish to have these items they will need to provide their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer. In case of a credit card payment, cardholder has to be present or a third party credit card authorization form must be completed. In case of bank transfer, payment has to reach hotel prior to guest arrival.
All public areas including the spa, gym, receptions, guest corridors, pool areas and toilets are all no smoking areas. All restaurants/bars terraces are 50% smoking & 50% non smoking areas. The Royal Club Lounge is non smoking. The Royal Club lounge terrace is smoking.
