Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
An early departure fee of one night's room rate will be imposed on guests who checkout prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

One child, aged 12 years or younger, can sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. A rollaway bed incurs a fee of 150 AED. A crib can be provided at no charge.
Gift certificate reservations are subject to availability. To redeem a gift certificate for a room reservation, please send a copy of the gift certificate to the Reservations department at email@example.com with the following information: the guest’s name, telephone number, email address, and arrival and departure dates. The hotel will respond and advise if the requested dates are available.

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a U.A.E drivers license, passport, and/or UAE Emirates identification card.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
For credit card payments the cardholder must be present. Third party payments are accepted. Please contact the Accounts Department for credit card authorization form and instructions.
Cash is also accepted.
Hotel features non-smoking area in the lobby and non-smoking floors. A cleaning fee of AED500.00 will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
