Hotel Policies

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Outside alcohol is not allowed on property.

Check Cashing Policy

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Connecting Room Policy

Please contact the hotel directly to request a connecting room. There are only 5 available. A majority of connecting rooms are Standard/Superior rooms.

Early Departure Policy

A guest’s departure date can be changed up until the time of check-in. A guest who leaves prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged for the entire stay as confirmed upon check-in.

Early Arrival Policy

Early check-ins can be requested and are subject to availability. Our staff will do its best to accommodate requests.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaway beds are available for a $30.00 fee per night. A maximum of  one rollaway is allowed in a room with a king bed. Rollaway is not available for a room with two double beds.

Facility Use Policy

Please note that the age requirement for the Palm Springs Yacht Club is 18 years and over. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.

ID Requirement

The owner of the credit card used to make the reservation must be present at check-in. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly hotel. There is a fee of $150 per night per pet. Two pets maximum per room are accepted. A pet policy waiver must be signed upon arrival. State law prohibits pets at the pool. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Credit card authorization forms are also accepted. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Direct billing must be approved by the hotel credit manager. Please contact the hotel's accounting department directly for more information.

Gene Autry Pool Policy

The 24-hour Gene Autry pool is an “Adults Only Pool” for guests 18 years and older. Our Silicon Valley pool is available to families on the weekends, although it closes at 10pm.

Resort Charge Policy

Le Parker Méridien Palm Springs has a $30.00 resort charge per room per night. This includes 24-hour access to gym, local and 800 calls, 24 hour valet parking, Wi-Fi internet, large sparkling water in room, access to spa, indoor pool, steam room, daily newspaper and morning coffee with wake up call.
