Holiday Dining Schedule: Dec. 20, 2013 - Jan. 15, 2014
From December 20, 2013 until January 15, 2014, Ridi Bar Ristorante and Terrace will have shortened hours of operation. Please note the following:
- Closed for lunch and dinner.
- Breakfast hours operation remain the same except for January 1, 2014. Breakfast will be served until 1pm on this date.
- Room service will be available from 6pm until 9pm.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged through the Concierge Department with a minimum four hour advance notice. Rates vary according to the number of children and hours requested. There is a four hour minimum required for this service. After midnight, guests must pay for travel arrangements.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Penthouse suites connect to an Executive Room to make a three room suite on the 15th floor. No other connecting rooms are available.
Pets are allowed only in guest rooms on the third and fourth floors and may not be left unattended at any time. Guests must advise the hotel when making reservations that they will be travelling with a pet, and they must sign a responsibility form for any possible damages. A daily fee of 20 CAD per day will be charged.

Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest must send written authorization to the hotel. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.
Purchase Orders – To arrange meeting space or group bookings, purchase orders are accepted. Please provide credit references at least two weeks prior to the event for approval.
