Restaurant L'Epicerie Closure July 13 - August 25, 2013

From July 13 to August 25, 2013, Restaurant L'Epicerie will be closed for lunch and dinner. During these dates, Longitude 4°21’ Bar will remain open and offer a variety of beverages and a dedicated lunch and dinner menu. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Restaurant L'Epicerie - Hours of Operation in May 2013

Please note that Restaurant L'Epicerie will be closed the following dates for lunch and dinner:

  • May 1, 2013
  • May 9 - 12, 2013
  • May 18 - 20, 2013

During these dates, the Longitude 4°21’ Bar will operate from 12pm to 10:30pm and all Sunday brunches will remain open. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Currency Fluctuations

Disability Accessible Rooms

Hotel features 2 accessible rooms in the Superior Category. These rooms are located near the elevator and have grab bars in the bathroom. In order to reserve these rooms, please email info.brussels@lemeridien.com.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room and check-in to the hotel.

Check Cashing Policy

The hotel does not offer check cashing services. In addition, checks are not accepted for payment.

Connecting Room Policy

Hotel features 50 connecting rooms available in all rooms types and located throughout all 6 floors. Connecting rooms must be confirmed through the hotel directly. Please email info.brussels@lemeridien.com for assistance.
 

Credit Card Policy

A cardholder must be present for the hotel to accept a credit card for payment. Otherwise, the cardholder must complete and submit a credit card mail order form.

Early Departure Policy

For non-prepaid reservations, an early departure fee will not apply if done upon check-in. If early departure is required after guest has checked in, fee of full stay will apply. For special circumstances contact our Front Office Manager Thomas Meremans at thomas.meremans@lemeridien.com.

Early Arrival Policy

For an early check-in prior to 3pm, please reserve the night prior to the arrival day.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate please contact Marie-Anne Paolillo at (32)(2) 548 4175 or email marie.anne.paolillo@starwoodhotels.com. For gift certificate bookings, a copy of the gift certificate is required at the time of reservation and the original gift certificate is required upon check-in.

ID Requirement

A valid passport or a valid identification card from the guest's country of origin is required at check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

Late check-out between 12pm and 3pm will result in a charge of 25% of nightly room rate. Late check-out between 3pm and 6pm will result in a charge of 50% of the nightly room rate.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
