Currency Fluctuations

Automobile Free Day

On September 19, 2010, the city of Brussels organizes an "Automobile Free" day to discourage the inner city use of automobiles and to encourage other means of transportation.

From 9am to 7pm, the city access roads will be closed. Buses and taxis can drive through the city only at a reduced speed of 30 kilometers per hour. During this time guests arriving or leaving the hotel should present hotel confirmation or receipt. Thank you for your understanding.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Early Arrival Policy

For an early check-in prior to 3pm, please reserve the night prior to the arrival day.

Family Plan Policy

Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Guarantee/Payment Policy

A valid credit card in the guest’s name is required at check-in. Cash deposits are accepted as guarantee except for walk-in guests. Card holder must be present for all credit card payments.

ID Requirement

A valid passport or a valid identification card from the guest's country of origin is required at check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

Late check-out between 12pm and 3pm will result in a charge of 25% of nightly room rate. Late check-out between 3pm and 6pm will result in a charge of 50% of the nightly room rate.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

All public areas in the hotel are non smoking. The only place in the hotel where it is possible to smoke are the smoking guest rooms.
