Disability Access Policy
All public areas and facilities of the hotel are designed to provide accessibility for disabled persons. We are also pleased to offer two disabled accessible guest rooms (Classic and Urban), located near the elevators.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room and check-in to the hotel.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged through the concierge during your stay. A minimum of six hours is required. A fee will apply.
No personal checks or travelers checks are accepted.
Connecting Room Policy

Early Departure Policy
Prepaid reservations are non-modifiable and unused portions are non-refundable.
For non-prepaid reservations, an early departure fee will not apply if the departure date is changed at check-in. Otherwise, fees may be up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay. For further information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. If available, there is no extra charge. Luggage can be stored if the room is unavailable. Guests must confirm the previous night to guarantee check-in prior to 3pm.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds, including child rollaways, are available for a fee. Cribs are provided upon request free of charge; however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows. Guest must bring their own bedding.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate please contact Marie-Anne Paolillo at (32)(2) 548 4175 or email email@example.com. For gift certificate bookings, a copy of the gift certificate is required at the time of reservation and the original gift certificate is required upon check-in.
A valid passport or a valid identification card from the guest's country of origin is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
A request for a late checkout after 12pm is subject to availability at check-in at the Front Desk and cannot be confirmed in advance. A late checkout fee will apply. Late checkout between 12pm and 3pm will result in a charge of 25% of the best available room rate for that day. Late checkout between 3pm and 6pm will result in a charge of 50% of the best available room rate for that day. After 6pm, the fee for a late checkout is one night’s room rate. At any time, the Front Desk will hold onto guests’ luggage if requested.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
At check-in, the amount of the stay (room rate per night) plus 50 EUR to cover incidentals is required.
The hotel accepts third-party payments up to a maximum of 2,000 EUR. An authorization form must be received by the hotel before 9am hotel time on the day of arrival. For amounts over 2,000 EUR, a bank transfer must be arranged.
Bank transfer forms must be requested at least nine days before arrival. Payment must be received at least seven days before arrival. For a credit card authorization form or for more information on bank transfers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
