Currency Fluctuations

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.

Swimming Pool Admittance Policy

Children under 16 years of age are permitted in the swimming pool Monday through Friday between 8am and 8pm. Children can only use the swimming pool under the constant supervision of an adult who will take responsibility for their conduct.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Please note, babysitting services are no longer offered at this hotel.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.

Currency Policy

Extra Bedding Policy

Extra beds and cots are available for an additional fee. Please the contact the hotel directly for availability.

Cribs are provided upon request and are free of charge. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.

Family Plan

Guests over the age of 12 will be charged as an adult. One child under the age of 12 is free of charge when sharing with two adults.

Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy

Gift certificates can be redeemed at hotel. Please contact the reservations manager directly.

Guarantee Policy

Upon making a reservation, a credit card guarantee is required.

Portage Policy

Portage is complimentary for individual travellers.

Pet Policy

Currently pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front and back of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.

Cheque – Cheques are only accepted from bank accounts held in the UK. Guest must have a cheque guarantee card. Traveller’s cheques are accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.

Direct Bill – The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.

Smoking Policy

All public areas and guest rooms are non-smoking. Guests may smoke on the outdoor terrace of designated guest rooms. Alternatively, the Terrace restaurant features an outdoor terrace where smoking is permitted.
