Early Arrival Policy
To guarantee a check-in before 3pm, guests have two options. For early check-in prior to 9am, guests must reserve the room for the previous night. To guarantee an arrival between 9am and 3pm, guests can pay an additional 150 EUR plus tax, which includes breakfast on the day of arrival and a 50% discount on spa treatments for the day of arrival only. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange this second option.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Fees apply for rollaway beds. Cribs are free of charge. Each Family Suite features a sofa bed, which can accommodate two children up to 12 years old at no additional charge.

Extra Bedding Policy
To accommodate a third person aged 13 or above in a guest room, a rollaway bed is required, and a fee will apply. One child, 12 years or under, can sleep in the parents’ bed for no additional charge. Guests must contact the hotel in advance to make these arrangements.
Cribs are provided upon request and are free of charge. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Each Family Suite features a sofa bed, which can accommodate two children up to 12 years old at no additional charge. A fee applies to adults sleeping on a sofa bed. Rollaway beds cannot be added to Family Rooms.
Quiet dogs and cats are welcome. No other pets are allowed. A pet fee of 55 EUR per day will apply. Pets are not permitted in public areas, the bar and the restaurant. Guest is responsible for any damages to the guest room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Direct Bill Accounts - The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice prior to guest arrival. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
