Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Accessible Policy

The hotel facilities are fully accessible. Accessible guest rooms are also available upon request. Wheelchair rental is available through our concierge.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.

Check Acceptance Policy

Personal checks are not accepted.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested.

Credit Card Policy

Cardholder must be present to accept credit card.

Early Arrival Policy

To guarantee a check-in before 3pm, guests have two options. For early check-in prior to 9am, guests must reserve the room for the previous night. To guarantee an arrival between 9am and 3pm, guests can pay an additional 150 EUR plus tax, which includes breakfast on the day of arrival and a 50% discount on spa treatments for the day of arrival only. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange this second option.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

Extra Bedding Policy

3rd Person in Guestroom: Adults and children 13 years and older are required to take a rollaway. One child, 12 years and under, can sleep in parents’ bed free of charge. If a rollaway is needed, a charge will apply. Guest must contact the hotel in advance to make these arrangements.

Cribs are provided upon request and are free of charge. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.

Pet Policy

Quiet dogs and cats are welcome.  No other pets are allowed. A pet fee of 55 EUR per day will apply. Pets are not permitted in public areas, the bar and the restaurant. Guest is responsible for any damages to the guest room.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

Direct Bill Accounts - The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice prior to guest arrival. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.

Smoking Policy

All public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Guests may smoke in their guest room if it is a designated as a smoking room.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Guest will need to provide an email address. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist.
