Disabled Accessibility Policy
Public areas within the hotel are compliant with local laws regarding disabled accessibility.
Alcoholic beverages are restricted to individuals aged 18 years and older. Valid and non-expired identification may be requested.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Childcare service is provided by the hotel, but must be booked a minimum of four hours in advance. A liability disclaimer form must be completed before babysitting can commence.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel regrets that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available. It is advisable to book in advance to guarantee availability; please contact the hotel directly. Options include Deluxe Suite and Deluxe Twin, Le Royal Club Suite and Le Royal Club Twin, Disabled King and Deluxe King, and Presidential Suite and Le Royal Club King.
Credit Card Policy
All Credit Card purchases will be charged in local currency. Credit card charges may be subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the total amount charged to the guest's credit card. The hotel takes no responsibility for the subsequent exchange rates used by credit card companies after the guest's departure.
The hotel accepts the following International and Domestic Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB international, Peony Card, Great Wall Card, Dragon Card, Jin Sui Card, Pacific Card, and most other Union Pay cards.
Several foreign currencies can be exchanged at the hotel. Please note that due to Chinese law, the hotel is unable to convert Chinese currency back to the original currency exchanged. China has strict laws on acceptance of damaged currency. Please ensure all foreign currency is completely free of tears, creases, pen marks or any other defects.
The hotel holds the right to refuse any guest entry to the premises if they are deemed to be wearing an inappropriate standard of clothing. A smart/casual dress code applies at all times as a minimum.
Early Arrival/Late Departure Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. If earlier check-in is required, please advise the hotel. There may be a fee for this service.
Check-out is at 12pm. If late check-out is requested, subject to availability, an additional half-day room charge will be applied until 6pm, and then a full-night room charge if check-out is after 6pm.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available for your convenience, although they can only be placed in our Suite rooms (Deluxe, Le Royal Club, Royal and Presidential Suites). An additional 280 RMB per night is charged for one rollaway bed, with a maximum of one rollaway bed per Suite room.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates and vouchers will only be accepted if they are used within the expiration date and bear an official hotel stamp that is clearly visible. They must also be signed by an authorised hotel associate. Certificates or vouchers that are damaged or unreadable will not be accepted. Certificates and Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Guests must also follow all terms and conditions that appear on the gift certificate/voucher.
All guests must present the hotel with a valid passport or Chinese identification card per person upon registration, as required by the Public Security Bureau in China. Guests will not be permitted to register without one of these documents.
Title Service Charge Policy
The hotel applies a 15% surcharge to most services. This will appear on your billing. There is no expected tipping standard in China, although it is not offensive to tip above the billed amount for good service.
Package Handling Policy
Our concierge desk is pleased to hold and deliver mail and messages until guests' arrival and during their stay. The hotel will not deliver any valuable, fragile, perishable, illegal, flammable or explosive goods, or any items that may be refused by China Post.
No pets are allowed in the hotel except guide dogs for the blind.
For third-party authorization payments, a credit card authorization form must be fully completed and faxed to the hotel at (86)(23) 86366846.
Personal checks are not accepted.
All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for the injury, death or loss associated with the use of the pool. Please consult signage posted in the pool area for further rules and restrictions related to illness or intoxication.
No pets are allowed within the pool area. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed into the pool area unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Smoking is only permitted on designated smoking floors, the hotel lobby, and in designated smoking areas within the hotel outlets.
