Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers 21 connecting room sets, with one king-bedded room connected to a room with two doubles. Please contact the hotel front desk in advance to secure connecting rooms with your reservation.
Early Departure Policy
A charge may apply when guests check out before the departure date confirmed in the original reservation. A one-night room rate plus service charge will be applied if the guest notifies the hotel less than 24 hours prior to an early departure.
Early Arrival Policy
Guests checking into the hotel prior to the allowed check-in time will be charged a fee, depending on the check-in time. For a check-in before 6am, the fee will be equal to 100% of the room rate. For a check-in between 6am to 10am, the fee will be equal to 50% of the room rate. After 10am, the hotel will provide early check-in subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel has a limited number of rollaway beds available for King rooms only. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Government regulations require the presentation of a passport or another valid form of identification upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout is at 12:00 PM. Guests checking out between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM will be charged a half day room rate. A one night room rate plus service charge will apply to guests who checkout after 6:00 PM. The above rules do not apply to SPG® members who check out before 4:00 PM.
No pet will be allowed in the hotel unless as a licenced part of a welfare programme, such as a guide dog for blind persons.
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must complete an Authorization Approval form and fax/e-mail a clear copy of the front and back of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Foms can be requested at email@example.com. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
All vouchers are subject to availability, and a prior reservation is required. A voucher is neither refundable nor convertible to cash. Presentation and surrender of the original voucher is required upon usage; photocopies will not be accepted. All personal incidental expenses will be charged to the guest’s own account.
