Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. The hotel features a limited number of connecting rooms as one (1) Deluxe King and one (1) Accessible Deluxe King. Requests for other room types cannot be fulfilled.
Rooms near each other or adjoining may also be requested. The hotel will make every effort to fulfill all requests.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm CST. We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals based on availability. A request for early check-in must be made in advance but cannot be guaranteed. Every effort to fulfill the request will be made.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will be charged to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
A government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.
The hotel is compliant with ADA and offers wheelchair accessible public areas and select guestrooms. ADA-compliant guest rooms are wheelchair accessible and feature lowered door viewers, grab bars for the shower and toilet and a spacious living and bathroom area for easy maneuverability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in. Guests will be charged an occupancy fee of 25 USD per pet per day and a one-time cleaning fee of 100 USD.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel is 100% smoke-free, including public spaces and guest rooms. Guests who smoke in a non-smoking guest room will be charged a 250 USD cleaning fee.
The hotel does not accept personal checks for payment or provide check cashing services.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
The property distributes 2 types of gift certificates: Donations & Purchased.
Donated gift certificates are generally good for one complimentary night stay. Reservation requests should be directed to the Reservations Coordinator at email@example.com or (612) 215-3727. These requests are subject to availability and may not be applied to existing reservations.
Purchased gift certificates are good for a specific dollar amount and are purchased directly from the property. Reservations using a purchased gift certificate can be made via any Starwood booking channel as long as the reservation is not pre-paid. The gift certificate must be presented at check-in.
Gift Certificates can be purchased from the property by contacting the hotel. They can be purchased in the dollar amount of your choice.
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. Credit cards must be able to be authorized for all room and tax charges for the duration of the stay as well as an allowance for incidental charges.
Debit cards are also accepted but must be able to be authorized for all room and tax charges for the duration of the stay as well as an allowance for incidental charges. Please be advised that unused authorizations will be released back to the account but may take several days to appear on the account depending on the individual bank's security procedures.
