Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Breakfast for children under age nine is complimentary.

Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Babysitting services are not available.

Connecting Room Policy

The hotel is pleased to offer its guests the option of connecting rooms, subject to availability. Deluxe, Creative and Executive Rooms and Suites may be connected.

Currency Policy

Major currencies may be exchanged into Turkish Lira at the Reception Desk. As mandated by Turkish law, a copy of the guest’s passport is required for currency exchanges to take place.

Early Departure Policy

There is an early departure penalty for a guest that has checked into the hotel and does not complete their stay. The guests will be charged for the entire stay of their initial reservation.

Extra Bedding Policy

The hotel is pleased to offer extra beds in your room for an additional fee. A complimentary crib will be provided upon request for children under 4 years.

Gift Certificate Policy

We are pleased to accept gift certificates issued from our hotel and brand hotels. Bookings may be made through in-house reservations. A photocopy of the gift certificate must be mailed or faxed to our reservation desk; and must be received by the hotel prior to arrival to avoid cancellation. Guests are advised to bring the original copy of the gift certificate with them for check-in.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkout may be requested at the Front Office and is subject to availability and additional costs. Fees for late checkouts are 10 EUR + VAT per hour till 6pm.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. A daily pet fee of 25 EUR fee will be charged. If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of 100 EUR will apply.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Restaurant Policy

According to Turkish Law, 18% tax is applied to all food and beverage charges. All prices in the hotel restaurant and bars already include the aforementioned tax.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking rooms. Public areas including La Torre restaurant, Boaz Bar, and Latitude Bar are smoke-free.

Passport Policy

Foreign travelers must provide a passport at check-in.
