Resort casual wear is required in all restaurants and bars. We regret that topless sunbathing is not allowed by the pool area and beach, as it violates local laws and customs.
We regret that there is an early departure penalty for a guest that has checked into the resort and does not complete their stay. In that event, the guest will be charged for the entire stay of the initial reservation.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. Guests may be able to change this date without a penalty, depending on the rate booked.
To guarantee an early check-in, the resort recommends that guests book the night prior to arrival. Otherwise, early access to guest rooms is subject to availability at the time of arrival.
We regret that the resort cannot accommodate rollaway beds in any room category.
Children 13 years and older are considered adults, and an extra person charge per room may apply. Children 12 years and under will receive discounted meals at the buffet and stay with parents for free, using existing bedding.
Only gift certificates issued from our resort will be accepted if redeemed within their valid time period. Bookings must be made through in-house reservations. A photocopy of the gift certificate must be mailed or faxed to our reservation desk prior to arrival.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. Late checkouts between 12 noon and 2pm carry a fee of 1,500 THB . For checkouts between 2pm and 4pm, the fee will be 2,500 THB. For checkouts between 4pm and 6pm, 3,500 THB. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.

All Verandah, Plunge Pool, and Pool Access Suites can accommodate a maximum of two adults per room. Our Terrace Suites, Pavilion Pool Villas, and Ocean Front Pool Villas accommodate up to two adults per room, with the option of adding one child up to 12 years of age for an additional nightly fee, breakfast is included.
Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay full accommodation rates plus 3,000 THB deposit per day for incidentals. The unused portion of the amount will be refunded at checkout. Credit card payments will be fully pre-authorised until departure for accommodation plus 3,000 THB per night for incidentals.
Guests who wish to use the pools, do so at their own risk. The resort accepts no liability for injury or the loss of property. Non-registered guests or visitors of registered guests are not permitted in the pool area.
As mandated by Thai law, smoking is not allowed in enclosed air-conditioned areas or restaurants. However, there are several designated areas around the resort where smoking is permitted. A penalty of 200 USD will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
Tourists from many countries may enter Thailand with a visa for a maximum of 30 days. Business guests require a non-immigrant visa from the Thai embassy that may be obtained in their home country.
