Our stay was very comfortable. We had booked the Royal Club room. The hotel has a old world charm and the look and feel is palatial. Good to see some of the hotel walls adorned with mythological paintings. The staff was extremely courteous and efficient. The breakfast spread was lavish too.

Wonderful and helpful staff. I'd go back definitely because of the comfort, the excellent staff and the location of the hotel.
I used the gym for the duration of my stay and the trainers were very helpful. Graet equipment as well.

This hotel is old but a stallion in its own terms. I was told in my brief stay that this hotel is 14 years old and man! it doesn't look that old.
Amazing hospitality right from the porch till the room.
Breakfast has limited options but those options are enough to fill my tummy :-)
Overall a great experience

This hotel is a must if you are staying in Pune. The service by all staff was out of this world, the whole hotel is well looked after and in better state than most of the hotels I stay in Europe.
Thanks for an enjoyable stay and I highly recommend anybody to stay there

Excellent service, very clean rooms and a (complementary) breakfast buffet that had great variety of quality food options... all for a very reasonable price. If I'm going back to Pune... I will sure stay here again.

After 2 years agaın for a business trıp and directly to my home in Pune.
A little bit older but clean always great warm welcome and helpness from the check in untel check out.
The roof restaurant with delicious specialities is every time my favorit place
The reception and front desk managers specially Avil has give a lot effort for a comfortable stay for me.
whenever ı will be in Pune LM is my recommended hotel and my home.

I stayed here for 3 months, whilst on business, the hotel is very comfortable. The staff are terrific and never hesitated to go out of there way to help me, especially recommending where to go, see, eat and drink etc. the restaurants are good, particularly Chingari in the roof top.
The gym is well equipped and the squash court is a great feature - although the pool could have done with being a lot bigger.
The hotel is very nice, but compared with other large hotels is slightly outdated.
Overall a great stay!

While the hotel appeared luxurious as a business traveller it left a lot to be desired with internet connection being poor and sporadic. Myself and my colleagues had to change rooms to get access. Staff were keen to try and fix things but responses were often painfully slow. I stayed on the executive floor but facilities for refreshments were often not set up.

There were some issues that I would not expect from a Le Meridian property. The Disco club down stairs in the hotel had the music very loud. The base from the speakers could be felt throughout the hotel even in my room on the 6th floor. The Clook in my room did not work, and the TV signal has interference in and out. I may consider staying here again during my next visit later this year, but I will have to evaluate this hotel with others in the area before making my decision

Internet access were limited to 4 hours a day in a block which is impossible for business traveller. Unlike other hotels with unlimited access 24 hours. Power outage twice in a night, disrupted my work on laptop.

After check-out I was told that a beverage bottle has been half-consumed in my room. I had not touched the refrigerator at all in my two days stay. When I told this to the reception person, he is not supposed to ask for the payment, given the status of the hotel. However, that personnel not only took the payment (along with tip of change) but also talked vulgarly about me over phone to hotel's another employee. This is very shameful. Having very less time I just didn't start any action there itself but this is very insulting experience and disgusting service at reception counter.

Well, the hotel from the outside did met the expectations. However, as soon as you arrive the security staff at the front puts you back and they look at you as if they are doing some favours to you for opening the door. The reception staff at the front desk, there is always one person and three assistants which are just peeping in the computer screen and not much of a help. The main person (easily identifiable with black jacket) has no real command over English. At my arrival, although my booking was for Club package which had airport collect/drop off, the car took 45 minutes to reach there. And, that too they had send 1 car to collect two guests. The reception staff (Rohan) referred to me by my first name, which is not really expected towards the guest, whereas I prefer to be called with some respect. Again, they have a tendency of treating different background people differently, not relating to who is staying where....or each guest as a superior guest. When I went to the T floor (pool-terrace area) in the evening for a meal, I asked the staff that what sort of food they served,and in reply I was asked a question (what food you want)! and when I said I was one person, he replied let me see...and off he went to see...and never came back. Infact he started to interact with other guests without checking...so I finally moved out.
The morning breakfast, the staff again the same with the level of English to a very poor standards. The level of tea/coffee was really not up to the standard I expected from a 5 star status. The happy hours/club lounge, there was only 1 staff serving, and the food/snacks to go with drink was of poor taste and standards - not much of a choice, and when I asked for some peanuts they didnt had any!.
The internet/wife charges are very expensive around at 700Rs + service charge....which wonders what they do in terms of service that they charge me service charges....its wifi set up and that too I do it myself.
Overall, I wouldnt rate this hotel at all, as there was no real experience for me which makes me to rate this place.
