Food and service in the meeting area were Very good and plenty.
breakfast was ok.
Environment in some corners a bit run down.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this hotel - the staff were freindly and welcoming and the choice of food and wines were excellent. We were lucky enough to have a large well presented room looking over the bay. Theres no doubt we will return in the future.

2 elevators is not enough for 5* hotel.we sped a lot of time waiting for elevators.
in order to get a bottle of water as a spg member i had to call 3 times!!
i didn't get points for my stay!!!
i payed for bottle of water in the dinner.i paid a lot of money for dinner.water for money??!!!
i'm so was so diappointed so i gave back my spg card.i don't want to be a member of such a organization!!!
the food is very fair

Generally good. Enjoyed location and facilities, and most of the service and staff. The exception was the staff and service at the pool which was really bad.

Our second stay at this terrific hotel was even better than our first ... the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The hotel is very large, but comfortable and well sited. The food in the restaurants is excellent, and the breakfasts are epic!

The hotel was good, staf was nice.
The bed was hard to sleep in, one more madras.
Old and oncunfutibal shers in the diningroom.
If this had ben my hotel i have same iders to make the gests stay for dinners and drinks.
My experiens is that after brekfast nowan was intrested of staing.
We for a exampel did not stay one night becorse nothing atracted os.
New thinking i needed and you can start making good many on the resturang.

we stayed in most hotels in Malta, Le Meridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa, has become our favourite.
This is for many reasons. Courtesy by the staff, cleanliness, and a vast selection of tasty food.
There are rooms overlooking Balluta Bay. Other rooms are with a typical maltese country view so as to watch maltese farmers in harmony with nature. Above all,safety is given the utmost importance.
Now that we've stayed in most hotels in Malta, Le Meridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa, has become our favourite.
This for not only one reason. Courtesy by the staff, cleanliness, and a vast selection of tasty food.
We sometimes choose a room overlooking Balluta Bay. Other times we choose a room with a typical
maltese country view so as to watch maltese farmers in harmony with nature. Above all,safety must have been given
utmost importance since planning stage and is still to the present day.

in the restaurant and corridors etc. It is too dull.
The thing which let us down was Spa management of the hotel. It published special offer but when making enquiries, to book they do not have the facilities. Customer service is very poor. They need to understand requirement of the customer. No apologies were given even after complaining. My advice is do not bother with Spa treatments.

The staff are all very attentive, friendly & helpful from check in onwards. The buffet dinner in the Scirocco restaurant offers an excellent choice & is very good value for money. The spa & outdoor pool facilities are very good as are the sea view rooms.

Great hotel but not happy with TV channel in hotel, wifi connection kept disconnecting and stayed with extended family who had young children. They were constantly hounded by pool staff about noise and also about times that they allowed to use indoor pool.

If you want to relax in a highclass atmosphere, this hotel is a very good option.
Great rooms with extremely low noise level, excellent spa and an own gym.
Wonderfully overlooking a nice bay (if you book a room with sea view).
And: friendly personell, that do their job very well.

Hello, everything was great. The front staff were professional, the concierge was knowledgeable and the Guest Services Operator was prompt. If I would add a small 'negative'...my sliding door didn't lock. They came once to "fix" it. The fix lasted until I used the door the next time. Having WiFi in the lobby was a value add. Thanks

I stayed at this hotel for almost a full week while I was visiting Malta on vacation. The room was beautiful, the location and view superb, and the staff strived to meet every need with speed and consideration. Would highly recommend it - and Malta - for those looking for an interesting and relaxing getaway.

The hotel meet all our needs. Calm, near the sea and the city. The private pool on 12th floor is very sunny, the SPA allows all treatments en massages to relax.

The hotel is in a great location however the staff need a lot of extra training. We constantly had to ask for our room amenities to be replenished, bar service was slow, and I was told on our arrival that bottled water was not supplied to the room so we used the mini bar which was very expensive.

Nice Hotel And amazing staff :) I really enjoyed my stay my only concern was if instead doing the fish night on Saturday it will be on Friday because a lot of Maltese people don't eat meat on Friday But over all it was great food and amazing spa :)) Good Job ..keep it up.

Since my flight departed at midnight, I wished to extend the possibility to have he oroom until to the evening. In short, it had just been impossible, each Clark telling us to wait until somebody else would arrive, up to the ttime when we couldn't use it any more.

To have a place for doing some business, writing e-mails,having a coffee it is very important to have a place like the executive lounge.
But to charge for that 35 € is much to high.
This is an additional charge and not even in the executive room charge included

the hotel is good in many aspects. I just would like to tell you that i don't understand why you let water run all the day long in the toilets at the meeting rooms level. Please imagine how many hectoliters of water are wasted here for nothing!

3rd stay, staff as usual very warm and helpful.
Executive lounge a little disappointing, very poor food for breakfast but duty hotel manager to go out of his way to fix the problem. I'm not sure the chef knows how to make tasty scrambled eggs though.

When we checked in there was no recognition of our Gold SPG Status and I had to ask about receiving Gold Benefits. They had to check with SPG as my Reservation mentioned only Preferred Status (I became Gold about 6 weeks ago and my Account has been updated with that since then). I had even emailed the hotel the week before going to remind them of my Gold Status. SPG confirmed Gold Status to them and we were given access to the Executive Lounge. No room upgrade though as the hotel was apparently full. My booking had been made and paid for in full back in January. I did expect better.
I had two main other gripes: the breakfast room and food layout were very unappealing ....that restaurant urgently needs renovation ...dark, old furniture etc. Second gripe was with the bed ....immediately underneath the sheet was a Rubber Sheet which you could feel as soon as you got into the bed .....making the bed feel very cold and unappealing. I have never had this before in any hotel ....they need to use padded mattress covers to go over the rubber sheet which had only a very thin layer of padding (it was probably very old and needed replacing).
In all, I thought the hotel needed more updating.
Hotel was in a good location though and the staff were always very professional and polite.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Kirsty and Caterina in dining room,Ivana in bar ,Miquel and Anastasiou in reception deserve special credit for their care and attention.
The forks in the dining room were too narrow and difficult to use.

It is very difficult to use elevators. The wait is often very long.
The meals do not give a big place to the vegetarians customers.
