From the check-in, to the room service delivery to the night manager on duty to the bell who hailed a taxi - I could tell that there is ONE purpose: TO ENSURE THE GUEST LEAVE THE HOTEL HAPPY. I must congratulate that not only the objective was met, it absolutely exceeded my expectations - kudos to all!

Wir waren zur Hochzeitsreise in diesem Hotel und waren sehr begeistert davon.
Der Pool einfach top mit der Regendusche draußen.
Super nach einem Trubeltag in der Stadt einfach am Abend im Pool entspannen Klasse!
Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig mit großer Auswahl. Zimmer auf das Meer und die Ausstattung fanden wir modern.

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly. It just keeps getting better and better.
The rooms are huge in comparison to the general room size in Hong Kong. The house keeping staff keep the rooms spotless. The breakfast is excellent with a large choice. Coffee is fresh and good.
I got here exhausted after a 31 hour journey and was just so glad to walk into the hotel, check in is super fast, front desk staff are always friendly and efficient.
I left the hotel feeling fantastic, relaxed and looking forward to my next visit.

I was going to give this hotel 4 stars but the service was so good I gave it 5 stars.
There are a few things i did not like about this hotel one it is a little out of the way and you have to take a taxi or shuttle bus to get to where your going and also there is no business center.
Know having said all that there are a lot of things I love about this hotel starting with service was out of this world and also great SPG recognition. The restaurants and the bar the food was awesome and service was was very good. They have a great pool and gym i wise i was into the gym but that s a matter for another day.
I always rotate my stays here in Hong Kong and will definitely stay here again.
Oh I forgot one thing the water view of the South China sea is amazing.

這次是第二次入住，酒店特意安排了面向海景的corner room，景色很不錯。房間樓層不算高，背山面海，由於入住當天天朗氣清，景色份外怡人。由於當天酒店被預訂作婚宴，某些設施須要關閉，所以特意送上早餐作補償，食物也挺不錯，較想像中好。房間補充物資的速度也挺快，check in and out 亦很有效率，服務各環節基本上都挺滿意。

Wir bleiben im Le Meridien jedes Mal, wenn wir nach Hong Kong kommen, obwohl wir mittlerweile alle anderen Starwood-Häuser in der Stadt kennen. Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Ozean, weit weg vom ganzen Stress der Großstadt und ist in nur 15-20 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder mit dem Shuttle-Bus vom Stadtzentrum zu erreichen. Residieren Sie am besten in einem der wunderschönen Oceanview-Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ein kulinarisches Erlebnis! Tipp: ein Ausflug nach Aberdeen ist sehr empfehlenswert (schöne Märkte, Promenaden, Marina).

Le Merdien Cyberport staff was very attentive - made me feel like a king! Clean, comfortable rooms. Twin beds were, well, a bit small but this is standard for hotel rooms with 2 beds in HK. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. A relatively short shuttle or taxi ride brings you to Central District. Good gym and pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Hong Kong is a busy city. I live in Hong Kong and sometimes it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. I will occasionally book a room here, swim in the pool (during the summer), catch a movie at Cyberport, and take a "mini vacation" without having to fly anywhere. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and responsive.
