Great reception staff who recognized my SPG status and gave me excellent service. The room is fantastic and spacious. Not much of a view though. The spa is brilliant in the center of London.

J'aime revenir régulièrement dans cet hotel qui allie confort, luxe et proximité des centres d'intérets.
J'adore l'endroit qui me permet en plus de faire du sport grâce à sa piscine et sa salle de fitness.

Great location, however rooms are a bit oldish and poor service as far as my experience is concerned.
As an SPG member i was granted a room overlooking the restaurant hall, meaning not possible to open the curtains unless sharing privacy with all ! Not to mention a party until almost midnight avoiding a good sleep.
Not the best way the reward Starwood Preferred Guests members.
I also had the surprise to see that my room had barely been done when I returned in the evening. The half empty amenities were still lying on the bath tub, towels and bathrobe still were i left them on the table.
Not really acceptable for a Meridien and in regards to the price paid.
Finally asking for a cold milk chocolate at breakfast, I was surprised to get a hot chocolate with ice cubes. But on that one I will rather praise the flexibility of the waiter willing to make things happen rather that complain about the waterish taste :-) But still…

Hôtel propre avec beaucoup de confort. Idéalement situer. Pour m'y être rendu plusieur fois pour le travail et reservé par la "grosse" société pour qui je travail, je n'avais rien noté de négatif. au contraire que du bon !
- bon accueil, personelle serviable et attentif.
- chambre propore confortable détaille soigné
- le petit dej est vraiment bon avec un large choix.
Néanmoins pour un week-end reservé en mon nom propre, quelques points négatifs :
- chambre réservée pour 2, necessaires de toilette pour 1 ;
- détail peu soigné : pas que quoi prendre des notes (ni block ni stylo/crayon), - pas de shampoing dans les échantillons…
- le dessous de la baignoire m'est tombé dessus en fermant la porte de la salle de bain :
- personelle un peu prétentieux (chambre reservé avec tarifs d'entrée de l'hotel hors peti dej. ; l'hotesse du resto semblais choqué, les serveurs peu attentifs…)
- difficulté au chek out à retrouver mon deposit en cash…
- 10min pour retrouver mes bagages laisser en réserves…
je reviendrais tout de même mais vu les préstations que j'ai connu dans cette hotel et d'autre Meridien, je ne trouve pas que ce soit régulier.

We have stayed at this property quite a bit mainly because they always seem to look after us so well and the location is simply superb!
As I am usually there on a mixture of work and relaxation the club lounge and pool work really well! I hate being stuck in a room while working, it is much nicer being in the lounge. The fact there is a good size pool, hot tub and steam room also in the hotel is an added bonus!
This time the stay was over NYE, 3 nights and although being very busy they managed to upgrade to a suite which was greatly appreciated. They moved the breakfast from the Terrace to the 1st floor to give themselves more room and on the whole it worked well and nice to see a proactive solution to the situation!
The lounge staff are great and although several have changed over the last few months the new team see very friendly and helpful. Until the next visit wont be able to judge fully but I do get the feeling with the alchol a little bit of cost cutting going on. There always used to be a bottle of Cava or prosecco out for breakfast but now it is request only and some of the evening drinks spirits seem to have changed brand, not for the better altough this could have just been due to the very busy Christmas period and running out of stock of the usual ones so time will tell!
Overall though a great stay, couldnt have been made to feel any more welcome and had a great meal in the Terrace on New Years Day! Drinks in the bar were also very good although we miss the old bartender team in there!

We stayed 3 days at the Meridien Picadilly and absolutely enjoyed every moment of our time there. Very helpful staff and great breakfasts, super spacious room for me and my 2 children (aged 8 and 6), the swimming pool and health club is perfect . Location fantastic. Really can't recommend this hotel enough. We will be back next time we come to London! Thankyou.

We've stayed at this location twice, and both times have been great. The check in staff, bell staff, and concierge are all excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would not consider staying at any other London hotel. Great location as well.

Excellent facilities and attentive staff. Piccadilly location is very convenient to West End attractions, plus you're only steps away from the Underground.
