The hotel was realy good, the only let down was minor things. We had a aircon leak in our room and I reported it to the reception. When we returned to the hotel that evening it was still leaking. Also it seems like there is alot of staff around the restaurants, but you wait ages for someone to see you to your seat and/or take your drinks order. When you are done you need to go and find someone to get the bill. And the last thing was the Diving Centre on location. I went to ask them how much it would be to go diving. Considering there is a price list on the wall. One of the guys there quoted me 7500 MR even though it was 1900 MR per dive. On asking him why he said I needed to be checked in the pool to see if I am proficient, even though I had my qualification Certificate, Membership card, Dive Qualification Card and Dive Log book.
I think the Hotel just need to regulate the charges, or check them so that your guest do not get ripped off.
We booked our holiday with Virgin Holidays and their Rep there was amazing. Everything we needed she organized including excusions to different locations on the island.
We would go back there in a heartbeat!

Extra excellent staff and service. We thank you for another perfect stay in Mauritius, but the hotel itself needs renovations.
