I wasn't sure what to expect of the hotel or the country for that matter, but the hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was courteous and if you have time, you should definitely take advantage of the breakfast buffet. If there is anything you want, they had it and it was all fresh and/or cooked to order! The pool looked a little sketchy, but otherwise, no complaints.

It was a nice time staying in this hotel. The room was spacious enough and enjoyed the mini bar and safe locker provided. The experience with the stuff was also perfect. I loved the food. It was a nice time been in the hotel.

I have srtayed on many occasions at Le Meridien and as alway find the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly especially the staff at the Reception and your SPG representative.
My only comments are that I would like to see a gym being installed as well as a change to the food menu at the restaurant next to the pool.
I thoroughlly enjoy coming and will return!

I got a mail informing me that I would be entitled to certain benefits which i never got even after i asked. I rather you didnt raise my expectation than not to fulfill it after doing so

I was in Cameroon for a Conference and stayed at Le Meridien for 2 days. I ate at the Restaurant for majority of the meals and have room service twice. Everything was really great and I had very little reason to complain.
Only thing I would want done better is to have more hotel staff be bilingual especially those taking room service orders. I tried ordering an American Breakfast (I don't speak French) and I don't know what I received but it definitely wasn't an American Breakfast. I also asked for Eggs Sunny Side Up and received some sort of Omelette. I decided to just have it anyway but called back to insist on getting the coffee as I had been given Green Tea. About 7 minutes later, I had a knock on my door... Room service delivered a steaming pot of Black Tea! I gave up!
Other than that slight lapse, everything else was great and I would strongly recommend this hotel to others going to Cameroon.
