Rated 4 out of 5 by good place to stay close to the airport, shuttel available to airport. good staff with exception the check in employee; she was not sincere, she was cold in her reaction, did not feel warm welcome. On the other hand the rest of the staff was great and sincere. There was delay on answering the phone for room service. October 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is unacceptable First, the bathroom has a bunch of hair at the stopper in the bathtub. This is ridiculous from a Starwood property. The staffs are unfriendly. Secondly, i made my bookings through online which is lower rate from my colleague booking through phones. End up i am paying the same rate with my colleague. What is the point of booking online with my SPG member which mentioned that i will get the best rate. Thirdly, the heater in the room is not workable. Fourthly, the staffs requesting for tips. It might be a culture that staffs will receive tips from guest. But asking tips is a really ridiculous scenario for me. March 1, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by The breakfast buffet As a regular at Le Meridien Heliopolis, I was shocked with the quality of food offered at the breakfast buffet. Not only was the display quite poor, the food itself was inedible and poorly prepared. I hope that in the future Le Meridien will address this pressing issue. September 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Home away from home The staff on the royal club are wonderful. They are smiling all the time, motivated to work and do their best to make guest comfort. The staff respond to my need fast and efficient. The shuttle driver is very professional, they help me to transfer my luggage to and from the airport cart. The food was good except the bread and pastery were not covered in breakfast. June 5, 2013
