Rated 2 out of 5 by The hotel is generally in a pleasant atmosphere reassuring But needs renewal entirely because he became old and dilapidated and its employees do not have the love of the profession and service with satisfaction as if they were compelled to work, and this gives the impression that you are not welcome in your place and lacked a smile too .. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is unacceptable First, the bathroom has a bunch of hair at the stopper in the bathtub. This is ridiculous from a Starwood property. The staffs are unfriendly. Secondly, i made my bookings through online which is lower rate from my colleague booking through phones. End up i am paying the same rate with my colleague. What is the point of booking online with my SPG member which mentioned that i will get the best rate. Thirdly, the heater in the room is not workable. Fourthly, the staffs requesting for tips. It might be a culture that staffs will receive tips from guest. But asking tips is a really ridiculous scenario for me. March 1, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Home away from home The staff on the royal club are wonderful. They are smiling all the time, motivated to work and do their best to make guest comfort. The staff respond to my need fast and efficient. The shuttle driver is very professional, they help me to transfer my luggage to and from the airport cart. The food was good except the bread and pastery were not covered in breakfast. June 5, 2013
