This was my dream trip to Cairo; however, I was concerned about visiting a foreign country. They arranged to have a hotel employee meet me at Immigration and assist me with the shuttle to the airport. They arranged all of my tours to the Pyramids, Sphynx and Cairo city tour. They also arranged for my day-trip tour to Luxor. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

even I have only one night at your hotel, I have experienced main issues from my arrival to my departure.
Fist insident : at my arrival no indication on web site reservation even if I showed all refrences. I have to wait at the reception about 30mn and the reception clerk (a simple trainee I think) was calling his superior to validate my reservation.
At my check out, the recption ask me if I consumed some think from the mini bar and I confirmed no thing. After leaving the recption on my way to take the schuttle, an other one ask that I have to pay a cocacola can.
i was very upset for two raison : First one how can he not to trust me as a customer and there an internal concern of communication between employees why they involve customers to this kind of organization issues ?
second the recption clerk was very aggressive and employ a hard tone attaking me to pay by erreur about 25 EGP ?
I can not accept this kind of behaviour from a high classified hotel as Le Meridien.
I will never set foot at this hotel and also never recommend it to my network.
