First, the bathroom has a bunch of hair at the stopper in the bathtub. This is ridiculous from a Starwood property. The staffs are unfriendly. Secondly, i made my bookings through online which is lower rate from my colleague booking through phones. End up i am paying the same rate with my colleague. What is the point of booking online with my SPG member which mentioned that i will get the best rate. Thirdly, the heater in the room is not workable. Fourthly, the staffs requesting for tips. It might be a culture that staffs will receive tips from guest. But asking tips is a really ridiculous scenario for me.

The staff on the royal club are wonderful.
They are smiling all the time, motivated to work and do their best to make guest comfort.
The staff respond to my need fast and efficient.
The shuttle driver is very professional, they help me to transfer my luggage to and from the airport cart.
The food was good except the bread and pastery were not covered in breakfast.

I was chocked by the amateurism of the staff.
Looks so cheap !
I woould say to the hotel management... good luck for your near future !!!!
I will never come back to your hotel and all Le Meridien in the world !

excellent service, really they carry the participial of customer delight. The experience staff remember the guests and try their best to please them.

Very old property.must have an immediate maintenance. The only reason I stay here is :
- close to the airport
- I'm an SPG member.
