even I have only one night at your hotel, I have experienced main issues from my arrival to my departure.
Fist insident : at my arrival no indication on web site reservation even if I showed all refrences. I have to wait at the reception about 30mn and the reception clerk (a simple trainee I think) was calling his superior to validate my reservation.
At my check out, the recption ask me if I consumed some think from the mini bar and I confirmed no thing. After leaving the recption on my way to take the schuttle, an other one ask that I have to pay a cocacola can.
i was very upset for two raison : First one how can he not to trust me as a customer and there an internal concern of communication between employees why they involve customers to this kind of organization issues ?
second the recption clerk was very aggressive and employ a hard tone attaking me to pay by erreur about 25 EGP ?
I can not accept this kind of behaviour from a high classified hotel as Le Meridien.
I will never set foot at this hotel and also never recommend it to my network.

The staff was good and responsive and I really had a nice sleep.
But facilities (e.g. lobby, hallway, room, toilet in room) are too old. Felt like I was in 1960s in this hotel.
Open door pool area (on 3rd floor) was deserted and found old chairs everywhere. I think an open door cafe can be arranged there :)
Despite some advantages, this hotel does not meet the standard of 21st century 5 star hotel.

Thankyou and your hotel staff for making my stay very enjoyable.
Hotel staff I have been in contact with are friendly, informative and very efficient.
Your Hotel is clean tidy throughout.
Please pass this onto your staff as there are many working in the back ground that I will never meet and are all a part of making my stay a happy & memorable experience.

Everybody have a good actitude, from FD, Club Lounge. HK Great, Bellman, restaurant waiters to the Doorman ( special mention to Mohamed ( big Guy)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pera 5 star standards at an affordable price
The hotel offered 5 star standards, but at a very affordable price. Staff were attentive and eager to please and the quality of food on offer was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated close to the airport and ideally located next to the up-market, lively and interesting suburb of Heliopolis.

close to the airport, shuttel available to airport.
good staff with exception the check in employee; she was not sincere, she was cold in her reaction, did not feel warm welcome.
On the other hand the rest of the staff was great and sincere.
There was delay on answering the phone for room service.
