Rated 4 out of 5 by Room Comfort I have to commend your effort in keeping the rooms clean. I am asthmatic and often avoid carpets. But your carpets were clean and did not irritate me. Thank you. You will need to improve some of the furnishing though. I stayed in Room 360. The room was adequate. But, the side board covering the bath tub has rotted away. It looks nasty. Please replace it. Rated 1 out of 5 by Cet hôtel doit rapidement être repris en main Passée la réception (et certainement à l'exception des suites) cet hôtel a perdu son lustre d'antan. J'ai dû demander de changer de chambre 3 fois en 5 jours en raison des lacunes des chambres: chambre sentant le tabac, présence de cafards, vétusté du mobilier, des moquettes qui sont visiblement balayées et non aspirées (sauf à l'étage SPG) et des décorations. Wifi dans les chambres défaillant, obligeant à descendre à chaque fois au Business Center. Room service trop long (même pour des demandes très simples). Le personnel du room service est peu agréable au téléphone (manque flagrant de formation à l'accueil téléphonique), bagagiste imprudent, absence de rampe d'accès à l'hôtel pour personnes handicapées et pour descendre ou monter des bagages. Tarifs exorbitants pour qualité de services. May 16, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Totally uneccaptable But for two individuals, staff members are both unprofessional and truly not interested by clients. Air con has been off in the whole hotel for a long time but it doesn't change the very high price and not even an apology is offered. Management is well hidden! The fact that it seems there will be a renovation starting in 2014 is certainly not an excuse. As a cherry on the cake food is bad. March 10, 2013
