Rated 1 out of 5 by could be better i wouldn't stay here if it weren't for gaining points on my SPG account. the overall experience is a 4 out of 10. a lot of things need fixing, from amenities to staff attitude/professionalism. it's rather annoying to pay that much and leave unsatisfied. fix the smelly carpets in the halls and the cooling system already! bellboy still not readily available at time of check in, food is not up to par, some staff totally clueless and rude, no room slippers... on the plus side i left some items behind, emailed the hotel and the response was swift! Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotels offers good amenities The hotel is well presented and I always stay at the hotel anytime I'm in Port Harcourt. The rooms are nice and the room service to a high standard. What lets the hotel down is the lack of recognition that SPG members get at front desk and the inability of staff to resolve problems. The front desk is often unaware of upgrades for members and can't handle redemption of SPG points. June 22, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Bad Hotel Very Bad staff and services, Room is not good at all, AC is bad and they try to do the maintenance at 10:35 PM and when failed, they changed the room with very bad on also. don't waste your money and time in this Hotel November 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Getting worse by the day This hotel is consistently falling in standards. Restuarants are never ready on time. Still setting up well after opening. Food quality poor, mainly all local with a couple of foreign dishes which are either over or under cooked. They need to go see how it should be done by visiting the 4 points in Lagos. TV system. Has 30 channels. This time they excelled themselves and had 14 working which reduced to only 4 working and one of these was the spg channel. Nobody cares. Picture is either too bright, too dark, too loud, too soft and is consistently not available. When I complained I was told...we are working on it. Yes, you have been for over a year and still no improvement. SPG members not recognized having to ask for a decent room and having to request our privileges. October 30, 2014
