第二次入住该酒店。虽然设施略显陈旧，但在吴哥要想找到如此位置及品质的酒店实属不易啦。餐饮超棒，服务俱佳，员工很努力的在为你服务，很好！

GWの短い滞在となりましたが、空港リムジンサービスから始まりフロントスタッフの対応、朝ご飯の充実。
書ききれない程の満足度！
日本人スタッフは勿論の事、カンボジアスタッフの心配りは最高のお持て成しでした。
また是非とも訪れたいホテルです。

This is the hotel to visit Angkor. Everything worked so well. The hotel staff are so friedly. The food from breakfast to lunch and dinner was very, very good. The mango in season are so good. MMMhhh.

3月的吴哥窟四日游选择了这家酒店，一到酒店就获得了热情接待，提供了欢迎饮品。
并且让客人在休息区的沙发上办理入住手续和等待。进入客服，提供了欢迎水果，还有欢迎卡片。因为泳池很漂亮，特别去感受了一下。
泳池的水很干净。第二天泳池整体消毒，也提供了卡片提示客人。泳池边有很大的绿地，还有床式休闲椅等。酒店的自助餐种类不多，但是因为价格不高，也物有所值。

The pool at the hotel looks just like the picture shown. It is relaxing. THe high ceilings n the main area create a feeling of comfort, an oasis in the Cambodian heat. The hotel staff are friendly and met our needs. A gal in the lounge area had difficulty understanding my order and brought the wrong item but this was a minor blemish. This is a reasonably priced excellent choice for visiting Angor Wat. Siem Reap's version of the Killing Fields is right behind the hotel. A grim reminder of the tragedy occurring when a despot gains control.

This hotel deserves to be higher than a category 2 hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is yummy, the rooms are spacious and relaxing.
If you are planning a visit to cambodia, I highly recommend this hotel. Its a few minutes away from one of the most amazing places in the world, angkor wat.
Likewise its a few minutes from the airport, and the main part of town.
You will not be disappointed with your stay in this magical part of the world.

Just finished a 3 day stay at this property. I booked a C&P rate, and it’s an incredible value! My booking rate included a one-way complimentary airport transfer (not sure if it’s free for all guests now), which was a very nice touch. My return transfer cost $7. A few days prior to arrival, I called the hotel with my flight information, and was subsequently sent a confirmation email. Upon exiting the airport, a driver was waiting for me. It was about a 15 minute drive to the hotel, which seemed to be the closest hotel to Angkor Wat, but a 7 minute ($2) tuk-tuk ride to the city center.
I was upgraded to a corner suite about 3 days prior to arrival, so I knew what I was getting. The room is very spacious, with sliding doors between the living and bedroom. There was a toilet near the entrance, and the main bathroom was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but fine for one person. Water temperature varied a little but it was of no major concern. Shower pressure was very high. Water smelled of iron/rust for the first few minutes so I just let it run awhile before I got in the shower. Toilet water was always yellow.
4 bottles of water are provided per day. No major deal, but there were maybe 2 power outages a day that I was aware of, each lasting 1-3 seconds. Upon check-in, I was given 2 WiFi logins. Internet speed is fast, but annoyingly, you have to re-login with their userid and password every time after you disconnect.
Breakfast is free for Plats, and is below average for Asia (nothing special), aside from their pastries and baked goods, which are excellent. Room service was fast and good.
The gym opens at 6am, and is really small. Two treadmills, one elliptical, one bike, and one weight machine. A one hour basic massage at the spa is $45. It’s significantly less in town (starting at $5/hour). However, they had a special “Temple Out” coupon which consists of a Foot, Head, and Hand massage for $25.
If you choose to arrange a driver for a day through the hotel, it’s $35 for a full day (add $15 for Banteay Srei), and $20 for a half day (4 door sedan). An English speaking guide is $18/day. It seemed really reasonable compared to other rates I was finding online.

We arranged an airport pickup with the hotel and everything went very smoothly right through check-in and getting our room. Platinum recognition was average and we were given a superior room which was nice and comfortable and very clean. We received treats every day in our room; fruit, macaroons, etc. There is no lounge at this hotel so no happy hour. breakfast is in the main restaurant and was of excellent quality and variety with many made to order items available. We also hired a hotel car and guide. The less expensive Ford Explorer was very nice, clean and comfortable. Our driver was a star. Cold towels and ice cold bottled water were abundant and we needed them; it was 37ºC and 80% humidity. I highly recommend this hotel and all of the services they provide. The staff were absolutely fantastic.
