Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel but need to work on a couple kinks Overall is good. Like the location and the room. Front desk are friendly. Free shuttle bus is convenient to get to Central. Just disappointed with the concierge. I arrived by cab with 4 bags and the concierge offer no assistance despite seeing me strangling with the bags. In addition, the toilet smelly despite multiple flushes. Same problem when I stayed there last year. No improvement. Lastly, the swimming pool is too hot to swim in the summer especially for those who like to do laps. Wish it can be temperature controlled like the one at the W. Didn't use any restaurant at the hotel as it is still very pricey despite a 30% off for guest. July 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Average This is my first stay in a Le Méridien property. My experience was just average. Although the location is a little bit remote, it's fine for me as I drove there. However, it gave me a feeing that the hotel want to hide the information of complementary parkng. The info was not clearly shown on website and the staff tried to avoid my enquiry about that. Room was fine. I supposed I didn't get an upgrade as an SPG Gold, not even to SPG floor. But the size of my room is fine and it was neat. However bathroom was not cleaned properly. I found a piece of long hair in the bathroom when I first enter the room. Also I couldn't feel how "smart" the "Smart Room" is. Check in/out was efficient, but the staff was a bit cool. Rated 4 out of 5 by We had a great stay Instead of a service flat in Mid-levels for a long-term stay we decided to move to Le Meridien. It got more space and outdoor park for my 4 year old daughter to play in. It worked really well with the parking underneath the hotel to and from school. Playroon across the street and a big scooter park outside. The pool was good and room-service worked really well. Was missing some more Asian option such as Thai fried noodles, Penang curries etc. My daughter love noodles but it seemed we could only get the wonton noodles:-((( For me I was missing some more healthy options at the breakfast buffet such as strawberry in season, flaxseed etc. I just brought in my own flaxseed's and staff was nice to serve me some strawberries or blueberries if I asked.I found the soft drinks and ice tea to pricy for lunch and dinner though. But in overall we had a really good stay. July 9, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderfully relaxing The location is away from central HK, so expect a 15-20 travel time if you have meetings in central. However it's a great business hotel with very attentive staff, all the facilities you'd expect from Le Meridien and a lovely view of the waterfront. June 26, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent choice for a hotel in HKG I have always stayed awy from booking this hotel as it is not vent rally located, but decided to give it a go on my last stay in HKG. The hotel is excellent. Staff is great. And I lobed the moser furnishings in my room. It was great to wake up to the beautiful water and ships going by. The breakfast was delicious and the chef was quite happy to honor a special request. Platinum amenities are excellent and I was welcomed as a platinum member at check- in. While we can't change the location, they do offer shuttles to central. I was please by my stay and would consider booking this hotel again. June 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Family Friendly place to stay Our 3rd stay at Le Meridien visiting our daughter and her family who also live in Cyberport. Once again this hotel continues to be a great place to stay because of its great location,being only 15 minutes to Central in the free courtesy bus, its friendly and helpful staff, its relaxed atmosphere and finally its variety of eateries. Our only criticism would be in the area of the Buffet in the evening where we believe the quality of offering has declined and increased in price since our last visit. We always chose the a-la-carte because of this and found the quality of food superior. June 12, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Going the Extra Mile. Le Meridien Cyberport is justly famous for going the extra mile to ensure that guests such as ourselves feel especially valued. And we did. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff whether it be late night clothes pressing or early morning shoe shining. There is always an impressive commitment to service regardless. June 9, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by PSI Bar open until 11:00 PM for complimentary drinks As usual staffs here are very attentive and welcoming. The friendly staffs experiences makes me come back on a regular basis. Platinum Members also get complimentary alcohol/non-alcohol beverages at PSI bar from 4 PM to 11 PM (or 1130 PM?). Great way to save money. Curious though on the exact policy regarding 30% discount for room service. Sometimes you get the discount, sometimes you don't. Operator always has to call front desk to inquire about the 30% off room service every time I order. May 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor concierge service Although it's quite far from a city center, a shuttle running from the hotel to the city center for free was very helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was not bad. The only thing I was disappointed is a concierge service. The staff was unkind and he was not responding while I was talking to him. When I asked him of Tour Bus, he serched the internet without any words and then gave me just printed papers. He looked upset. I have stayed a lot of starwood hotels, but this is the worst experience I had ever. People in the front desk are very nice. I'm talking about the guy standing at the concierge service desk only. I do hope that the hotel recognize what's happening at the concierge service desk. May 7, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy Commute to the City... This is my second stay here - 30Mar-4Apr. I said I would return and I did. If you only have a few days in Hong Kong, then perhaps you'd prefer to stay in the city, where you get to see the 'real' Hong Kong - vibrant and pulsating with energy. But if you have more than a few days, you might want to stay here. It's a short commute away from all the bright neon lights and excitement of HK, but here, you will enjoy the tranquility of the hills and seas. I like the rooms, which are comfortably sized and enjoy excellent light flow. The hourly shuttle bus between the hotel and HK Station in Central is most useful. So too is the bus terminus right behind the hotel - on level 4 of the hotel, exit the glass doors on your right just as you approach Prompt, turn right immediately and take the lift down to level one, turn left when you see the check-out counters of the supermarket, and you are in the bus terminus. Take a bus to Causeway Bay (#69X - 15min in good traffic), or go to Taikoo, a local neighborhood with good many shops and restaurants (#69 - under 30min). When it started it rain, I watched the storm brew right from my room window. And when the rain stopped, I enjoyed a nice walk out to the promenade. I stayed five nights, so I had six days and could afford the time to see a well... a different HK. I would like to thank Anka for his patience and understanding at check-in, and Hannah, for her cheery disposition. I will be back again. Soon. May 1, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dirty bathroom Was recognised as a SPG member which is great. The room is good size for Hong Kong standard. However the shower was dirty - some black, dead-incest-like thingy keep appearing on the floor. It took me a while to confirm it's not from the water but from the shower instead. April 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Positively enjoyable The place is modern, clean and friendly. My room is absolutely comfortable and functional. The staff is responsive and attentive. Hotel location is 15mins from Central, but there is a bus terminal right next door, hotel offers hourly shuttle to Hong Kong Central, and there is always taxi. Oh, there is a grocery store, movie theatre, and MacDonald next door as well. April 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Upgraded to their 800 sq. ft. ocean view suite :) This is my fifth stay so far this year at LM Cyberport and finally got upgraded to 1 of their 2 suites. As usual, all their staffs are very attentive and even when my suite wasnt ready when I checked in at 1030 AM, they let me stay in a smart room so I can rest and until the suite was ready. great value compared to other starwood properties in HKG. Rated 4 out of 5 by Must check Nam Fong Restaurant for their dimsum What I like about this hotel is that every time I check in at 10 AM, I don't have to wait for long for my room to be ready. But Nam Fong Restaurant has one of the BEST dim sums I have ever tasted. Always eat there for lunch just to try em out. Plats get 30% off too at the restaurants and recently, even for room service. It is on Hong Kong, how far can it be away from anything? 10 Minute taxi ride to IFC. 20 minutes to the airport It is outstanding value for money in HK. It is somewhere I look forward to go to just to relax and get a great nights sleep. R March 25, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Platinum Recognition I've been staying at this property on and off since 2009 and keep in mind that this property has only 2 suites...So don't expect to be upgraded to one (In fact over my numerous stays there, I've only been upgraded to their HUGE suites twice only). If you get a suite upgrade, then good on you as it has the greatest views ever of the sea. For Platinum Guests PROS: - complimentary 2 pairs shoe shine or 2 suits pressing -complimentary buffet breakfast -complimentary drinks and snacks at PSI bar on 4th floor -And the typical platinum benefits you'd normally get on any starwood property -And yes, complimentary shuttle service from HKG central to hotel. -And the pillows now are soft and fluffy. Way back when, it was those blue VERY hard pillows, so it's all good now. CON: - So far away! And nothing much to do in the surrounding area. Taxi cost would be 80 HKD$ per way from HKG Central Express to hotel if you cant wait for the hourly shuttle service. February 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gets better each time I have stayed here several times over the past few years, and enjoy coming back more and more. The service has improved and is now what would be expected from a 5-star property. It took a suite night award to finally get an upgrade as a Platinum member. But even the standard rooms are modern and very spacious by Hong Kong standards - the only downside is that the blinds do not shut out the light completely. The extended happy hour in 4th floor bar is a nice perk for Plats in absence of a lounge. December 23, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great experience in Le Méridien Cyberport Friendly hotel staff. I traveled with my 2 daughters and they messed up the table in the restaurant while we were having breakfast. The staff in the restaurant just came over and help us with a smile and keep telling us no problem. Food in restaurant do not have much variety but they provide good quality food which I preferred. Hotel is located at nice and quiet place in Cyberport. Hotel provide shuttle service to airport expressway (Hong Kong Station) which is very convenience. Will come back for sure if I have a plan to visit Hong Kong again. December 18, 2013

The food arrives hot which is great. The hotel is always relaxing and I always get a great nights sleep. I would like on my thanks to everyone at the hotel.
