Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Each room can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Le Meridien Cochin is good I like this hotel as I have been staying here for long. I like the rooms but I am not receiving complete attention. The staff does not seem to be recognize long time customers and treat us as any other customer. Also, I do not like the bathroom as I would love to stay in a better room. Food is very good. I would love to stay in better rooms if possible next time. August 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Latest Recipe Restaurant the worst service Myself and my family members of 4 arrived at Le meridian Kochi on 28th July for afternoon lunch. We reached the restaurant Latest Recipe around 01:30pm. We ordered our food of 4 dishes and naan bread. A table beside us who came 10 minutes later than us was given special attention by the head chef a Punjabi man with his turban. Their food started to flow, while we are still waiting for 45 minutes after our food order. inquired the staff on our orders, by this time the chef is busy sending waiters to their table beside us. they are having their main courser by now. all the staff r busy looking after this table of 7. while after 1 hr when our food arrived the table beside us are already having their desserts. since being fed up of waiting for food for so long we asked the waiter how long will it take for a naan bread to be ready he said just give him 5 minutes.. now starts another 15 mins of delay. i really became angry at this. asked for a bottle of water also takes another 10 minutes. All the attention is given on that table of seven. especially special interest taken by the turban chef on that table. rest of us look like we are beggars who came there to eat food under their mercy. I paid the bill and walked off. Really an unpleasant experience so far in my life in a five star hotel. i have spread this news among friends colleagues and family about le meridien. I would like to have an explanation on this issue from the manager not the chef. why is service standard so poor and all attention on 1 table is it because they are the chef's friend? . Very nice clean hotel, western food as well as Kerala food, nice facilities and very helpful and kind staff. I have also enjoyed full body massage in hotel spa which was amazing. Rated 5 out of 5 by HOSPITALITY AT ITS BEST I AM VERY PLEASED TO SHARE MY BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE AT LE MERIDIEN KOCHI WHERE I STAYED ON THE 13TH JULY ALONG WITH MY FAMILY. BEGINNING FROM THE CHECK-IN ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR STAY AND FINALLY CHECK-OUT WE WERE MADE TO FEEL THAT WE ARE A SET OF VERY SPECIAL GUESTS AT YOUR HOTEL EVERYBODY WAS VERY COURTEOUS, WARM AND EQUALLY EFFICIENT. THE FOOD WAS INDEED DELICIOUS WHETHER IT WAS THE ROOM SERVICE OR THE DINNER AND BREAK FAST THAT WE HAD FROM THE RESTAURANT. SPECIAL MENTION NEED TO BE MADE ABOUT MR SANAL, THE DUTY MANAGER, WHO WAS VERY EAGER TO TAKE CARE OF EACH OF OUR NEEDS. July 15, 2014

For example ... may be pickup or drop to airport as part of the package instead of guiding me directly to travel desk and the person charged for both ways t airport, i.e. for dropping , they charged double the distance.
