I recently stayed in the Le Meridien for business and the service I received was great. The staff could not do enough for myself and my colleagues. It didn't matter what time of night we finished work we were able to order food and have it outside so we could all eat together rather than rely on room service where we would be eating alone. The gentleman who cleaned my room was amazing and always checked when was going to be a suitable time for me and would work around my shifts. His name was Avijeet and nothing was too much trouble for him. thank you for making my stay to welcoming

I had a pretty good stay for two nights with this hotel and some part of this hotel exceeds my expectations
SPG recognition : Great. Got upgraded to a suite (although a bit outdated. will be great to re-model it sometimes). Also got a full breakfast
Location : In the middle of New Delhi
Front desk attitude : Decent. Good english with nice caring attitude. I had a late check-in at 3 am and they were all waiting for me
Staff responsiveness : This is the part they need some improvements. I emailed them couple times trying to book a car to pick me up at airport and I don't get any confirmation after I send over my flight details n names.
But overall a great experience

I often stay at le Meridien in Delhi and each time is a fantastic experience.
It is a great hotel, great services and great food.
The lounge on the top floor has excellent staff and they always do everything possible to accommodate you and provide services you need.

We had booked 2 rooms 1 for 2 nights & other for 3 nights for our guests .
At the time of pay room rent in advance on 13 Jan I informed at reception that 1 guest will going to check in on 14th & other will checked in on 15th.
But on 15 when 2nd guest checked in hotel charge retention of 1 day but then after in reservation (Mr.Siddharth) accept the mistake & told me there will no retention in bill .But after paid final bill I found that i paid retention charges for 1 extra day but when i going back to Hotel show my objection for the same .they refund 1/2 day payment instead of full day .Because i already paid I didn't do any thing much .For other half day charges will going to deduct from salary for the mistake done by Hotel.

This is good hotel for your few night business or work stays. Rooms are not great and interior is also not upto the mark.. Though there restaurants and food is excellent. Its a good hotel for your meetings. Family people can certainly find much better options at this price.

This is a great hotel with excellent service in the heart of New Delhi. Rooms were really good and provisioned with all amenities. I am a Platinum member with SPG, so I know the type of service to expect. However, this hotel far exceeded in terms of service. They even added an extra bed for our son to sleep at no extra charge. Complimentary Breakfast was also good with full course meal. I appreciate Mr. Dewan for taking special care of me and my family
