I travelled to India from the UK for a series of business meetings in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. I stayed Starwood in all locations. Bangalore stay at Le Meridien was a complete mess, there was building work going on throughout the hotel which is extremely noisy and disruptive and no information was given prior to arrival. We had organised a series of business meetings at the hotel business centre - there was extreme noise and disturbance which was very unprofessional. The business centre was also very outdated with wifi which didnt work properly and no projector or power. We had to cancel our meetings and move to the Sheraton and unfortunately had to cancel i few meetings and lost business as a result. Very Very disappointed with both Le Meridien and Starwood for this.

But the facilities were not worth for money....
Only for business work & professionals to stay...

Hotel staff specially front office is amazing. I have been a frequent visitor here and always received very warm hospitality.
Specially recommendation to Dolly and Harish for their wonderful support.

Came here on a family visit with parents (seniors). The staff were very helpful in all aspects (breakfast in room for my folks) and to top it all the chef made a home remedy stuff for my mom's severe cold which she loved (as it reminded her of her recently passed away mother).
Thanks to the staff for making the stay a very comfortable one.

I am a SPG Gold. As per my SPG app the hotel shows up on my iPad and it said upgrade on arrival.
There was no upgrades, no other SPG benefits were even offered or provided. The staff and shockingly the manager did not help. They did not seem to even understand SPG privileges or benefits. Very non-hospitable. Felt not welcome
For SPG gold, they put me in a room right outside the elevator. Requested a change and then got one. The concierge was trying to explain the room and he did his best. Atleast he tried to be helpful.
Enter the room, phone does not work, room was just average, things were also not in working condition. It was late 12am so I did not bother and wanted to crash. Being a C level exec for a Fortune 100 expected better treatment
PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE especially if you are SPG GOLD or above as they don't know what it means. Unless you have no other choice stay away from Le Meridien Bangalore

We had a long flight and arrived in earlier than the check in timing, the staff were really friendly and offered us many gestures to keep our stay comfortable and better than ever. This shows how the hotel is truly seeking customer satisfaction and comfort.

I stayed in this hotel from Nov,25 to Nov 28 for the CSC 2014. It is an excellent hotel with great features in terms of room comfort, staff responsiveness. Breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good.
