Rated 3 out of 5 by Failing standards Hotel rooms are in urgent need of a makeover. Food quality in the 24 hrs café is very poor, the curd rice I ordered was pathetic. Room towels and bed quality were not upto Le Meridian standards. Besides, the staff assured me that my stay is eligible for SPG credit, however, points and stay credit have not yet been done. Rated 2 out of 5 by Facilities need improvement The room used to get very cold despite room a/c was completely switched off!. There was no range for mobile connection in the room. The veg & non-veg food was kept one after the other. So a vegen person has to go through entire buffet to see what is aviable on the menue. The deserts or sweets were of avergae quality. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurnat has diferent levels to walk through, this becomes difficult for a visitor with plate in his hand. The floor should be at one level only. Rated 4 out of 5 by Room Service is pathetic This hotel has possibly the best restaurant in southern india. But the worst possible room service. I have stayed there possibly a hundred times and room service food has been consistently pathetic. I cant comprehend how can it be so bad every single time. July 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location for my particular visit Only spent two nights but was treated royally by all staff from check in to check out. Front desk staff excellent but could not fault the service at any time. Room is a little dated but bed comfortable and all clean. Did not have hot water but did not mention to anyone as the ambient temperature did not require water to be heated above cold. Ate in Fish restaurant which was excellent and Tamil Nadu fish curry was spectacular. All in a very good place to stay and would return if back in the area. June 22, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel has average features with lot of scope for improvement 1. TV was not coming properly and even after complaining, it could not be solved for the whole 3 days of our stay. 2. room service are supposed to clean the used plates after 30 minutes. Even after informing, they did not turn up for the whole night. 3. Bill payment was improper. They called me when we left already saying that some component was missed in charging and charged again by taking the pin number. This is very very uncomfortable. Breakfast quality is good but other menu is just average. April 24, 2014
