Rooms are really well designed and well presented. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Service was of a high standard. Food very good….no need to leave the hotel…from the buffet to the coffee shop plenty of choice available…...staff happy to assist you if work or leisure takes you elsewhere!

Weary from work after a long day and an very early start- escaped to the Le-Meridian for a swim and spa and the best sleep I've had in three months.
Buffet Breakfast in the morning that was to die for with a range that made it impossible for me to try everything followed by an all day conference at the hotel that was excellently catered for.
Staff were friendly, went the extra mile with my special requests and made me look forward to the next time I could stay at the Le Meridian, Jakarta.

Whilst i regularly stay at this Hotel it is still most gratifying that I get the recognition of a valued guest being Lifetime Platinum SPG member.
The benefits thereof are always provided to me and more .. and the staff are always welcoming and helpful

I was invited to a tasting of the Beaujolais nouveau in the ballroom. And having tried it every year for the last 20 years I really wasn't expecting anything great, however the food that complimented the wine was out of this world.
Trying to mix the flavors with the wine is not easy but the executive chef defied my taste buds with among other delectibles cheeses and roasted lamb that melted in my mouth.
Well done to the entire staff for the best teasing I have ever attended
If you are thinking of having an event in Jakarta talk to the sales staff at Le Meridien first.

With the pickup reservation i've made at the airport to the hotel, the hotel sent a person to expediate the entry process into the country, which was a huge time saver.

second stay in 2013, perhaps more due to spg status. within one year, I stayed at this property as spg preferred, spg gold and now as spg platinum. really don't see much improvement in guest relations, other than being able to use the lobby. since i've stayed at this property, i know what to expect so to have less let down? hotel is older but staff could make the stay more pleasant but.... don't really see anyone trying too hard, only to just get by...nothig impressive or positive to talk about other than just a regular stay. i do like the fitness center (not big, but has all that you would need and clean)

I have great rest and feel very comfortable staying in Le Meridien. Staff are very friendly and always smiling.
