Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel! I have stayed in Le Meridien nearly every week for the last 8 months and it has become my home away from home. It might not be the newest hotel in town, but the staff do make the difference - they're in one word: fantastic. April 23, 2014

My only quibbles were (1) slow and unreliable wifi internet in the room (LAN available but I couldn't use it) aned (2) the gym lacked a leg press, an essential piece of equipment. August 1, 2013

You feel good and you have a place you want to return after a long day's work out of the hotel, especially around the pool area. September 4, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not special but clean rooms and good service Hotel rooms are not up to date but its all very clean. The stuff is friendly and the hotel has in general a nice atmosphaere. Its very close to the big Indonesia mall, thats a advantage because the traffic in Jakarta is a mass. (2 hours for 10 km) December 24, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Internet issues + smoking The internet connection was very patchy in the room - worked well in the lobby. Room given was a smoking room (informed earlier), but as a non-smoker I wonder they cannot clean the carpet which was smelling of cigarette smoke strongly. February 1, 2013

The hotel is excellently located and various malls and shops can be reached easily, even by foot--which I won't recommend due to traffic and polluted air. Staff very helpful, very friendly, exceeded expectation for every request. Special appreciation for the team at the Club room (and their leading person, I think her name is Evie?) at the 20th floor which are always smiling and ready to make your stay comfortable--plus the atmosphere and view there is much better. More attention is needed for the concierge desk--for a hotel like this to hear things like "we couldn't confirm your ticket because is weekend and no-one works and the airport do not pick-up" is not encouraging--they should figure out a way to check these things especially for weekends! Check-in nice, easy, pleasant, general service very well provided. Swimming pool is great, and usable, although some may be picky to see its near the restaurant outside guests or near the outside smoking area. Otherwise, an excellent place and an excellent stay. Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs improvement Stayed from 24th to 29th march 13. Room size was small. Breakfast options are good. Internet is slow and frequently breaks down, requiring reconnection. Staff is courteous. Overall, does not bring feeling of Starwood hotel. March 29, 2013
