I should have remembered my bad experiences, but we all are forgetful sometimes... kinda disappointed of the room, dark and old... I was waiting at the front desk for check in, no one entertain me, another guess walked to the front desk after me... the staff tried to server him first, after the guy who came in after me have done all the check in, only they tried to check me in... i was on the phone.... I didn't say anything!!
I am member of many hotel chain including hhonor, IHG, etc.... why am I making the same mistake to come back here, I asked myself.

The room which i spent on 8-10 july 2016 was uncomfortable, much worse than i stayed there before. The toilet bowl has no flush for rinse and this is very uncomfortable. Also the alarm besides my bed was ringing at 6am which very annoying during our night sleep.

Stayed at the hotel many times. Excellent Plat Recognition. Suite upgrades, lounge access, free parking, free use of meeting room, etc.. The executive lounge staff were friendly and professional. Excellent job!
The hotel is rather old and in dire need for major renovations. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but I've always chosen the tower rooms for quicker access to the lounge.
Curious note: The swiming pool attendant adviced our nanny only 2 towels were allowed per room.

Booked a room for an overnight stay with family in Jakarta for an affordable price due to promo during the fasting period in Indonesia and was upgraded to a really wonderful suite.
Hotel's location is right at the financial district of Jakarta and reasonably close to shopping malls. It is also near the city's only reasonable public transport, Busway - which is a good way to avoid Jakarta's renowned traffic congestions.
We went to a restaurant at the hotel once. The service is so-so or rather cold. The food is nice and reasonably priced but not so for the beverage.
Overall, it was a good experience. Would come by again in the future, hopefully for a longer stay.

Excellent stay with a sense of homeliness. The staff are all very friendly and responsive yet they are not in your face. The pricing of the rooms and the menu is perfect. Room service and room decor suited our tastes and the cleaning team deserve an applause. The club facilities are great and the evening cocktails and dining option was welcome and had a great spread. I would return here each time I visit and would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

My family has enjoyed our time during staying at the hotel. It is very comfortable, the food taste good, the ambiance is very nice and it is important that the hotel is not noisy at all
