I will never in the right state of mind ever return to this dingy hotel. I was greeted by rude and snobbish lady at the check-in counter. As a gold SPG member, I do expect to a certain extend a friendly greetings and helpful clarification to my queries. The way the lady arrogantly answered my questions left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again I return to this hotel.

I was holding a meeting there and the staff did their best to accommodate to our request and exceptional service impress me a lot. Nice ambience that makes the stay comfortable.

I think ther Eco-green is a great idea, however, this should limited to changing of bedsheet and towel. My recent stayed with Eco-Green promotion wasn't pleasant. The drink glass and coffe cup were not was cleaned or washed. Moreover, the Eco-green program should have limited to a certain number of days. Imagine, your bedsheet changed for the whole period stood there.

One thing that brings a smile are the staff all around, the every helpful staff at the breakfast, the staff at the external counter dressed in blue who strive to provide you the best of service in ensuring we reach our destination and finally the room service staff with their personalized greetings and their flexibility in providing you the options. Kudos and hats off to them!
Amenities are adequate so are the facilities. Pastries are great. Doors are opened when one exits with a smile. Perhaps the same can be applied while entering where the staff are required to stand behind the scanner. Overall a great service experience is what you can expect at this hotel! Well done!

The hotel is located in downtown Jakarta's Financial District, the traffic is very convenient. The Le Meridien hotel did not use other Le meridien style, the hotel is old. Hotel services can also, to the members of the treatment is good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chris Le Meridian - Good Buisness Hotel
This le Meridian, is a bit older than some of their properties, the rooms are quite comfortable, the hallway and public areas need some updating, however the lobby is nice and the restaurants are very nice. Good food, nice selections and the bar is quite nice. They have a great Middle Eastern restaurant which is a nice change. The staff very friendly and helpful, the staff make the property. Strong Security is a plus, as well as easy access to taxis'. One tip, if you need to go to the airport very early, for 6am let's say, book a taxi, otherwise you may have a problem getting one so early.

Perfect hotel if you are looking for a quality, centrally located hotel with friendly, knowledgable staff. Great gym and pool. It is the only hotel I stay at now in Jakarta and I have tried them all.
