Excellent stay with a sense of homeliness. The staff are all very friendly and responsive yet they are not in your face. The pricing of the rooms and the menu is perfect. Room service and room decor suited our tastes and the cleaning team deserve an applause. The club facilities are great and the evening cocktails and dining option was welcome and had a great spread. I would return here each time I visit and would recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

My family has enjoyed our time during staying at the hotel. It is very comfortable, the food taste good, the ambiance is very nice and it is important that the hotel is not noisy at all

This hotel is well-located near many fantastic shopping malls and the government center of Jakarta. The facility is nice, with good dining options and a great spa. Services from the spa were top notch. Rooms are comfortable and club lounge was gorgeous.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and it is the only hotel in South Asia, where I travel regularly, that the bellboy addresses me by my name when I arrive which makes me feel like I am returning home.

The head shower screw in the shower room at room #1647 was missing. This was causing noise when water spring-out from the head shower every time when I took-shower.
I found that package of brown sugar has two different colour in the Lounge. I was wondering that the brighter colour one has been expired since no expired date on the package. This was making me afraid to utilise it when I ordered latte.
Waiting a blue bird taxi was too long approximately 40 minutes without information from the taxi counter staff when is approximately time to wait. This was making my appointment late outside.
Those of the above need attention to detail from the Management prior to the customer check-in to the hotel to make them feel more satisfy and no doubt about facility that provided. Thank you.
