The hotel looks very tired! Lobby needs a refurbishment. Same for the room. The room feels unclean, especially the carpet and fabric couch/armchair. I sat in the armchair for less than 10 minutes and it gave me the itch. The hotel also has mosquito issue. I was badly bitten all over at the lobby lounge bar - and mind you I was indoor!

Very hospitable, warm and attentive service staffs. Located very strategically and centrally in business district.
Very dissatisfied with the gym/fitness facility. Too noisy and low hygiene care as the gym is also shared with outsiders and not just hotel guess.

At first sight, this hotel looks a bit outdated, but still luxurious with touch of Indonesian style. Very comfortable/cozy & well equipped room. Breakfast was great. Friendly & helpful staffs esp at the front desk and pool.

When I checked out of the hotel, the staff arranged for a Blue Bird taxi to my next destination. Before we left the hotel, the staff had recorded the trip details, including the time I got the taxi, car plate number of the taxi etc.
When I reached my destination, I was in a hurry and left my luggage in the boot. By the time I realised my mistake, the taxi has left the building compound.
I called the hotel to help contact the taxi company and trace the driver. The hotel followed up with Blue Bird immediately and within the hour, the driver had sent my luggage back to me.
Truly appreciate that the staff was meticulous and recorded the taxi trip details which made tracking the driver much easier and faster. I did not catch the names of the hotel staff, but thank you very much for the prompt assistance by the team!

The temperature in the room was freezing and even after I switched off the aircon it remained cold all night.
The sink tap has changed, which is a huge improvement as the old one was not user friendly. But the tap for switching on the water in the shower cubicle fell off when I touched it, so I had to shower in the bathtub instead.
